United Club Lounge, Los Angeles CA

They only have pre-packed food, they said the kitchen was closed to COVID. One that I tried was the 25 cent ramen which reminded me of broke college days and tasted like it costs.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The ceviches are to die for! I've had a lot of other things on the menu that have been excellent as well. Love this place - and always a great and busy crowd! But the crowd does out early, just FYI. Purely a dinner place.

Not only is the food amazing, the atmosphere is incredible as well as the wonderful service from Bryana who made our dinner most memorable.

Really sad when you walk in they don't greet you with a hello and how are you. And when you greet them with a friendly hello, their answer is "I don't know yet, what do you want? "
Between this and one gate agent bad mouthing customers in front of other customers, unless absolutely needing to, United will be the last carrier I'd choose. I had a better and more friendly experience from Alaskan airlines even though I wasn't their customer but had an issue the could solve.

Although there were plenty of lounge seats/space available, the array of food/snack items were at its minimum and service was mediocre. The Club needs to upgrade edible items, packaging and water bottles. Shine at your most difficult moment will win back existing and new members.

The LAX club is always nice. We do look forward to the day the covid-19 restrictions are gone and we can enjoy the club to the fullest extent again.

Not many people. Food is now cup o noodles and snacks. Until covid passes this is the new beer. Staff is too notch and the beer is poured really cold.:)

A beautiful club with a view. During COVID, all the food and drinks are behind the bar and by request only. The selection is limited, unlike other UA clubs in Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, or Newark.

The LAX United Club is my favorite UC in the United family. Light and bright, roomy, plenty of seating, lots of work space, even an outdoor lounge. This would be a solid 5-star rating but the Covid19 restrictions have severely limited the services United is able to offer. Looking forward to greatness again post-Covid.

Big upgrade ftom crummy old lounge. Nice food choices for breakfast. Egg whites, avocado/egg white salad, plain oatmeal, fresh fruit salad. Easy to keep healthy. Fast, friendly staff too. Very clean and well-stocked often.
