13 Dr. Rhee is such a great listener, very kind and makes you feel heard. She is proactive and looks for causes but also isn't pushy. She is wonderful.
Mona is also super kind and so easy to talk too.

Dr Rhee is thorough and easy to talk to. She listens well and hears what I have to share with her. She gives very good answers to my concerns.
Dr Rhee is outstanding but the front office staff lacks efficiency. They rarely answer the phone, if you leave a message they don’t call back. The front office staff could be a liability for Dr Rhee if she misses an important message because no one called the patient back
Hospital staff here are a joke. If you like getting the run around and deeply childish employees, get your service here. If you need to speak with someone that can speak humanely. Monica will either put you on hold and never awnser or hang up. Got a call from the office manager just now, she was more interested in arguing than resolving any issues.
Receptionist and medical Assistant were professionals. They listened exactly what i needed.
I have a appointment for colonoscopy next week and five days I’m calling calling and three times left a message. I said I have a question about the medication. Nobody answered me and I left a message. If is nobody answer me I’m not coming for colonoscopy so I’m not going

The Dr's are very good the only bad thing is to get through the phone system to schedule and to get answers one of the worst experiences in my life. Please fix your broken phone system and get someone to answer the phone. Because of this I am giving them 3 stars

They didn’t inform me that my visit with her will be Televisit. It happened twice in 1.5 months. I even called to verify what can of visit I will be having with Dr. Rhee.
