Unfair treatment, they hold grudges against guards and do not let them call off even if requested days in advance. No pay increase or days off, they threaten your job if you attempt to call off. Avoid this company

A reliable security service was needed after the experience with my last security firm; so I did some research and found the reputation of UGS Security to fit my needs. They did the job right, and within our budget requirements. We will think of UGS again in the future for security services.

I searched far and wide for a commercial security vendor and found UGS. They provided exactly what I was looking for and with flexible scheduling and a suite of tools to monitor guards. I got all of the above for an excellent price. I highly recommend UGS Security.

Over the phone, United Guard Security representatives were able to resolve my problem and were very pleasant to work with

I used to work for the company UGS as a Dispatcher.
If I must say, This company is not well organized. No communication between staff and employees.
Working for this company I would try to figure out the work schedule on my own since they never printed out or updated schedules. When there were emergency calls coming in I would try to get a hold of the main boss but he would always fail to pick up my phone calls and there has been cases where he’s told me not to call him.
We would get so over worked due to short dispatchers for the fact that (The main Boss didn’t want to hire any more dispatch)
When it was time to get paid, all my Overtime and Doubles would be miscalculated. I got paid less then what I should have.
To add on to this, I didn't even get properly fired. Up to this day I have not been told that I've been terminated. They just went a head and hired people for my position. If I could put ZERO stars I would!

I'm so happy we found UGS and his team. Not only were they on time and professional, but they were such a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our items. We hired them to watch over expensive gear overnight for a product launch and they went through the fine details with us to ensure that they were fully briefed before we left for the event. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

What a great company to work with. They give you so many hours and the pay is phenomenal. The supervisors are great people to work with the dispatcher is so kind and friendly. I recommend anybody to work for this company especially if you wanna have a great experience with the security company.

UGS is the worst security company to work with. Brianna, Daniela and Dispatch Diana are the worst. These woman have the worst customer service behavior they are so rude and so unprofessional. They put you on hold forever on the phone. Do not trust this company they hire the worst lazy guards in the office it’s a disaster. My mother had a party at a wedding and there was a burglar inside. The idiot guard was asleep. It was a disaster. The worst company I will never recommend UGS. They are the worst company in the world.

Five stars for sure! Their president Steven was extremely helpful and generous with his time. Steven was eager to find a solution and present it as an additional option to consider. Was quite knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the United Guard Security!

Great security company. They currently work at my apartment complex and do an excellent job. Since starting they have cleaned up all our problems. From unwanted guests abusing our property, cars being vandalized and stolen. We have had zero issues since they started. I have even used their services for a company event and my team was not disappointed. UGS I just wanna say you that Keep up Guys with the great work.
