United Health Centers - Reedley

First time I showed up was because I sliced my finger! Long story short I've been going back for my regular doctor visits. I can not stress enough how thankful I am for the staff!

I've been coming here for my dental and optometry for years and normally loved it because the staff are nice and friendly and were usually quick with attending me but recently I've kept having more and more issues with my visits and especially with scheduling.
Recently, I went for a dental cleaning at 9: 15 am and after I checked in and was taken back to a room, I ended up waiting almost two hours in the chair to see the dentist because they said my appointment got moved to 11 am (while I was already in the back?). Beyond that, I've now had multiple instances where I call to confirm or reschedule appointments but get told they're on completely different dates or are non-existent despite having written reminder cards from when I last was there (plus I put all my appointments into my own digital calendar the day I make them, so it's far for me to forget or get them wrong). It's getting frustrating to try so hard and have to keep putting off a simple filling by literal months because of the mix-ups and because they're always busy and booked so far out.

Ridiculous, they rescheduled my appointment several times for my dental appointment. Now they’re charging us for the most unnecessary things. I feel like they’re claiming the wrong things up at front desk leading to weird and unknown charges we can’t even fully determine. For some reason I have an outstanding balance that I wasn’t even made aware of.

I had a great experience here. I was very nervous at first but this place exceeded my expectations. Good service. Recommend

Ok so my sons appt was at 8: 15 it’s 9am no one let me know the doctor was not in yet I had to go look for someone to see what was happening. All the medical assistant where all together chit chatting. Wow very unprofessional.

I am very happy with their service. Front desk very friendly and Doctor really knowledgeable. Dr Tang always go over your medical chart and makes sure you do all yearly labs work done. Excellent doctor

Reedley dental forgot my mom she waited 2 hours the dental assistant was very rude and they forgot about her do not recommend dr Loera she needs better training on customer service

Receptionist are rude and not helpful, even when I explained it was my first time. Definitely not returning.
