United Medical Doctors Urgent Care

I was in and out, everyone was nice and polite, Dr was on time I didn’t have to wait long to see him. Job well done, keep up the good work.

If I could give this place, no stars I would. The only decent people in there are the front desk staff and the medical assistants. I have seen several doctors or NPs (whatever they are) there and every single time they’re rude and dismissive. The last time that I went, I was told nothing was wrong with me when I actually had Covid. Today the doctor was more concerned with speaking to me like I am stupid than bothering to treat me. If you’re sick and want treatment from a place that actually cares, this place ain’t it. Take yourself and your money somewhere else.

I had an accident and injured my wrist. My husband called an urgent care he was familiar with but they were closed. We ended up here and the staff were all professional and friendly. The PA, Mike was spot on after examining my arm and seeing the X-ray. He was very empathetic and gentle. The x-ray technician was Kind and patient.
The entire experience was the best I could ever hope for. The PA and nurse helped get me an appointment to see the orthopedist in two days. If I could give more stars, I would.

Michael Zamora took the best care of me today when I neeeded stiches in my finger. The wound was deep and pretty sever. Michael was professional, polite, smart, and showed a genuine caring approach to my injury. His confidence gave me great comfort and when it was all over, I felt 100 percent better and realived that Michael was the PA-C on duty. Quick, friendly, competent medical service. My PA and his staff listened to me, valued my input and took care of my medical issues and solved problems right away. This is the only urgent care I like to use. Facility is always clean, as well.

The staff here were incredible and very accommodating. The care was top notch and I really appreciate them being available for my care.

I went to an optometrist for pain in my eye and was told it was due to allergies. After no relief from the pain, I went to urgent care. Michael Zamora PA-C was able to find the culprit and removed a little foreign object from under my eyelid. Saving my eye and my sanity. Thank you!

Empty waiting room, was seen quickly, and out within 30 minutes of arriving. The staff is kind and professional.

Terrible experience, really bad customer service and the doctor doesn’t even listen to what you need, don’t bother with this place, doctor needs to go back to medical school and start learning how to treat patients

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff, and PA, were all very friendly, and knowledgeable. I barely had to wait to be seen. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to those who live in the Temecula area.
