Good service. I had initially called but no answer so I just showed up in person, gave them my lab slip and the front desk accommodated me. In and out within the hour as a new patient. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable.

So I call them to schedule an appointment I talk to someone and he tells me let me transfer you over to scheduling and No one answer the phone then it gets disconnected after listening to their recordings for about a good 30 mins I've been calling all week this is very unprofessional then you press 0 to speak to the operator and they never answer and the answering machine is always full. And I really give a half star not a full star it's a thumbs down for me so I'm on hold once again while I'm typing this I decided to call back I get a young lady now I'm on hold again to schedule an appointment let's see how this goes I'll let you know because I will get back on here and edit my review and let you know if I ever got through to someone it's been 30 mins so far

It has always been difficult to make a medical appointment, so when you find good care, it is necessary to make an opinion and the care that "Jay" gave me was very efficient and excellent once again THANK YOU,

I went to make an appointment in person and Kevin assisted me he was very professional he accomodated me in every way he knows English and Spanish very well he is a great employee

Called yesterday 5/8/23 no answer. Today, 5/9/23 I've been calling since 11am no one answers, voice mail is full. Finally at 2: 10pm a live person answered (seemed to have an attitude) I proceeded to tell her why I was calling, she asked for the code, I gave it to her, next thing I know without notice I'm on hold. I waited for about 10 minutes no one came on, so I called back and can't get a live person to save my life. I've been to this location some years ago and it was not like this at all, quick to answer and friendly service. I'm not sure what happened since then but this terrible service now is not it. It's crazy how NO ONE is answering to schedule appointments so each time I called I selected a different extension NO BODY seems to be working This is so frustrating because this location is one of the few locations that does the test I need. UMI LA GET IT TOGETHER!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. I CALLED TO GET A CT SCAN FOR 2 WEEKS NOBODY RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. THEN WHEN I DID GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE SHE WANTED TO SCHEDULE ME FOR 3 WEEKS AWAY. THE ENTIRE OFFICE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE. THE PATIENT IS NOT A PRIORITY. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET SCHEDULED OR NOT. I ASKED FOR THEIR LICENSE NUMBER SO I COULD MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE STATE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. THIS PLACE AND IT'S EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND ALL ONE RACE OF PEOPLE IN THERE. WHICH SHOWS WHO IS LAZY. I don't want to give them any stars, I have to in order to leave this post.

I was happy with Priscilla on second floor ultrasound receptionist and with the girl who did my ultrasound very nice and knowledgeable. The two X-ray techs who served me today were friendly thank you great experience.

Great Experience Especially With Jason The MRI Image Technician - He Totally Explained Each Step From The Beginning And Even Gave Good Advice ON Completing MRI Successfully - Jason IS Powerful To Me - He Helped Give Me Assistance During MRI With Stabilizing Me From Leaning Position Lifting My Torso Up - He's Strong Because I'M Built Like A FootBall Line-Backer - I Am Very Thankful And Appreciative To Him Doing A Fantastic Job - Jason Certainly Deserves A Raise - He Was Instrumental Getting Me To The ALL Done Finish Line - Thank You Again Jason At United Image MRI & X-Rays DownTown Los Angeles

They have a very bad service they don't pick up the phone the answering machines are full you can't leave a message I don't know why they are in that business without answering the calls

In the months I've spent trying to get these people to send the medical images for my original set of health problems to my doctors, I've contracted a whole new set of health problems, including, but not limited to, high blood pressure, persistent pygalgia, tension headaches, as well as a long list of other side effects of stress, frustration, and mounting fury. I recommend anyone who has been referred to this clinic to request to be forwarded to a different provider.

One of the worst places when it comes to answering the phone. I called over twenty times within a week, and no one picks up the phone. It always goes to voicemail, and there is no space to leave a message. I'm sure management of this place is not aware of all this!

If i could give 10 thumbs down I would. This place is a joke! I have been calling everyday to make My mother a STAT pet scan appoinment. No one answers, scheduling voicemail is full. I left message on anothe voicemail and emailed and NOTHNG! No call back.
How is this possible in 2023?

I've been calling for a week to make an appointment and when I finally get though two make my appointment I was told my doctor never fax over my x-ray I went to my doctor office and requested my x-ray I stood righte at my doctor office and requested they never replied to the fax that came from my doctor office. United medical imaging needed to change or be reported for bad business
