I was very leery about the bad reviews of this place and in fact a bit scared. Lo and behold, I did not experience any of the negative vibes that was expressed by many people. Is it a fluke? I don't think so.

I totally understand why there was so many bad reviews.
In the past, when my doctor referred to this place, I called to make an appointment.
At that time, the staff receiving the appointment was too unpleasant and unkind, so I asked the doctor to repurchase elsewhere.
This time, another doctor made a ripper to this place for MRI, and I said I didn't want to go here, but told me to go here.
Unavoidably I called them to ask scheduling and rescheduling but they are tooooooooo unkind and very rude. Im mot native speaker so when she didn’t understand what i was talking about, she
act irritated. I feel so bad.
I want to ask what the hell are you doing to your patients so badly.
I've been to many hospitals, but this is the first time I've never been so unfriendly.
I think the staff on the phone should be kind by default.am i correct?

There are so many nice people, I wonder why the hospital director hires such bad employees even if so many people already complained.
Plz read all the reviews and makes them change asap.next time, i never ever come here to take any exam.

technicians are super nice and kind.
Nowadays many staffs has changed.
They are better than before.so good!
i took ultrasound and x-ray these days.they open on saturday so very convenience.

This place has bad reviews all across the board. I’m going to talk to my doctor about veering patients away from this facility.a medical office needs to be professional from the front desk to the doctor’s office. In this case the front office workers were disappointingly rude.my bad experience began on the phone with a mid 40s or 50s sounding Asian women. Wow I was shocked.her tone was short tempered, extremely rude, disgustingly unfriendly.it made me angry to be treated this way.due to limited transportation this was the facility I was made to come to. I am angry.another worker gave me attitude for coming 10minutes prior to my check in time. I don’t appreciate your tone and negativity. I don’t recommend you go here. I recommend you to anywhere else but here. Avoid it.

Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was pretty rude and hanged up! Never calling here again!

Don't want to give it one star, but only cause they answered the phone. All bad reviews are accurate blame the office manager. This group of rookies don't want to work. They can't even get their story on procedures right. Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere to get the proper care.
The guy who wondered why you had decent service is cause you're a man.

Very poor communication. Due to poor communication, we have to go back and forth several times. Today will be the last procedure we will have with this company. I’d rather go farther centers than to deal with the front office staff. I hope with all the negative reviews you’re getting,
You will improve your services and communication.

. Customer service is not the same since Ben left. Calls are not returned, no insurance follow ups. Seems like the front end staff are all new.

Technician John of MRI is very caring and efficient. The Korean supervisor at front desk is very nice too as she try her best to solve the appointment mistake made by the staff scheduling our 2 exams over the phone. The poor behavior of the front desk is luckily overwhelmed by the good and professional service of the supervisor and technician.

Ben at desk was so professional and kind helping me in wheelchair. When I went into MRI room, tech"Obe", not sure, was so uncaring, telling me to get over my fear of claustafobia? Never stood in room. I cried. Never again.

I called and confirmed the last X ray is at 5: 30pm as a walking. However, we were told that the PREGENT technician had to go to hospital 10 minutes after we signed in (5: 20 pm). She also ask me for the doctor's order (X-Ray) before she told me. Not sure that I buy that because 1.) when I walked in 10 minutes before we were told, I saw a male technician (dressed in dark blue uniform) was informing the front desk that he was leaving or done for the day. 2.) the manager (the female who told to me) was not apologetic. 3.) why bother to ask for the doctor's order if the technician had to leave.
