When I was looking into Solar I was inundated with calls but Ben of United Solar Electric respected my time and was very patient with me. He explained everything and the install was flawless. I have a great solar system with AA+ service and monitoring. Best decision I made was to use United Solar Electric

It seemed every Solar company sells you on the idea that seems too good to be true, but going through the entire solar process with Holly, Taide, and Ryan at United Solar, I must admit they delivered on everything they promised. They were professional and extremely easy to work with and kept me up to date on any changes or updates. They were responsive to emails, phone calls, and were exactly on time or early for each scheduled appointment. Their installation team were friendly and took extra precaution not to damage anything and cleaned up after their work was done. The whole process was fast and easy to do, unlike the rest of the construction projects I have had my house. I have and will recommend United Solar to family and friends, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had gotten my solar system though them, at the time and referred my sister to get her solar system though them as well. When I inquired about the referral fee they were offering they said that because the sales guy did not note that I had referred them they would not give me the referral fee. He had spoke to my sister in detail about my system and even looked up my account with her to see what size system I had gotten but did not note that I had referred her. I don’t like companies that don’t stand by their word seems kinda shady to me to.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The communication has been exceptional. Ben always answered the phone, advised us and was always willing to help any way he could. We had a lot of issues with the solar owner which is another company and they were not able to provide any service to us. That is where Ben and his team saved us literally. I couldn't have asked for better service. We always got update whenever needed. They are professional and we will hire them for our next solar project again. Thank you Ben and the whole team.

Had an excellent experience working with United Solar Electric. We reached out to various solar companies, listened in on many presentations, and ended up choosing them as they were the only solar company out of them all that was willing to go the extra mile in assisting me with my unique situation. I had pool solar panels that needed to be moved and the United Solar Sales Rep (Jedith) was the only one that was willing to help me find contacts that could help me with this. This level of service impressed me as all other solar companies said I was on my own to deal with it. Throughout the process, they were on time, knowledgeable, and always courteous. They followed up on some issues promptly, even during the holidays. We had Solar installed with United Solar Electric in 2021 and had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, they were fast, kind, communicated regularly, and were very efficient. Ben Vanni, in sales was outstanding, the cost was comparable to/cheaper than most, and the service was top notch with a very honest and clear approach to sales. Installation was fast (all done in 1 day), and all the permitting and paperwork was taken care of for us. Long-story short, we wanted a company that would hold our hands through the process without trying to gouge us and United Solar exceeded our expectations. For reference, we started off with Tesla, but the experience and customer service was so terrible it almost made me give up on solar. United Solar Electric was the exact opposite and I would highly recommend them to others without reservation.
