Checked in at 4: 45p for 7p appointment. Get door at 730p still sitting untouched at 10p at door.
Place is always slow, they want you here exactly at appointment time but told another driver he was late
30 min to check in with 5 truck in line.

This place sucks like always if its not one thing its another you show up 45 minutes before your appointment and they kick you out come back 10 minutes before appointment they put on a door and it takes them up to 9 hrs to load you really really bad place

Maybe they use iguanas to load trucks and the cold temperatures slow down their metabolism.

Go ahead and change your mailing address to here you'll be here long enough to receive it guess they have no care or concerns about the 11/14 hour rule was an hour early for my 15: 00 apmt 5 hours later still waiting on a door

Usual US cold storage. People are nice, but don’t care about your time. Had 10: 00am delivery, and 12: 30pm pickup at same facility. Got done at 2: 00pm with delivery, and charged late fee for the Pickup. No one is held accountable for their positions here.

Enter off of Blackstone and stay in right hand lane for security check in. Everyone one nice from security to check in and loaders. They even let us order groceries through Instacart and have them delivered on site while being loaded. (Asked permission from dispatch then gave name and car description and time of arrival so they’d tell security it was ok for driver to come in.) Spent about 3 hours from start to finish with a full load. I’ll take that any day of the week!

I take a lot of loads out of here.ice cream, cheese, gas station burritos. They always treat me well and keep me informed of delays.

I wish there was zero star to rate, worst place I ever been as trucker, it’s been 3 n half hours at door and still they didn’t start loading…

I've been here twice now and both times weren't bad. The first time I got here at apt time and I waited for about 3 hours in front of my door. Then it was about another hour to get loaded and get paperwork. The second time I got here at apt time and I only sat in front of my door for about an hour. Then got loaded and paperwork in about another hour after trailer doors were opened. You shouldn't try to show up too much before your apt time they won't let u get loaded early from experience. There is parking on the street in front of the warehouse and a couple truck stops down the street to wait for your apt time. Make sure to come into the entrance off of Blackstone street. Nice people and a decent amount of room to back overall not bad.

Great employees but be ready to wait even if on time, there’s parking on side streets plus 2 truck stops 1/2 mile south of there, loves and flying j, truck wash too

Very bad experience appt was 3 pm came one hour early Seceurty Gaurd said park out side on street called after one hour my appointment shipper said still don’t have open door now 3 hours after my appointment still waiting for door

Check in entrance is on Blackstone st. NOT Walnut ave. May have to wait for shipper to call with a door. Loves and Flying J down the block to park while waiting. Cool and friendly staff.

You waste your time coming here they don't care about apartment I was waiting all day to get a door

Been here over night just got to my door have been waiting an hour it is 10: 00 am my appointment was at 5: 00pm yesterday checked in at 4: 30 HORRIBLE FACILITY BRING BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER & SOME might as well take a 34 hour reset on how long they take security, workers just f’n around not doing squat

Very unprofessional peoples. 30 minutes in gaurd check lane finally got to the guard took them 10 minutes to just tell me to go park outside on the road and wait they don’t have door they will call me for the door when it’s ready.they called after 2 hours i was in the lane again it took me 1 hour to get the guard

All the reviews are spot on don’t go in unless you have a lot of time left on your clock or plan on doing a split went in got a door right away sat there for 2 1/2 hours before someone came to open my doors. They started loading and the about half way they took an hour break. Used pc to get down the street loves and flying j

Arrived 1/2 early to get loaded 2 weeks ago. Bills in hand and out the gate in under 3 hrs. Loader even put my load locks in place for me. 1st time here, but seems pretty good to me.
