United States Postal Service reviews
6Where is my letter at?: {, its literally two minutes away from where it needs to go. Its cheaper to send USPS but risky with COVID-19
My daughter NEVER received her birthday gifts.been almost 3 months since it's just been sitting there in "processing". Or more likely stolen. I do NOT trust this place or its workers.
We keep our PO Box here, and so far they seem to be very helpful. Kim the Box Clerk is very friendly and on top of her job. She seems to go above and beyond for customers, which is all I could hope for.
Lines haven't seemed too long during the day, but not sure about rush hour.
It's a very old store, but seems to have most everything you'd need in a post office.
Parking is not good, only about 6 spots, so definitely try to come during an off peak time!
Lobby hours are later than staffed hours, pretty common, but a perk nevertheless!
I dropped a letter in the box inside the office, it got list, I handed to the clerk, it got lost
No smile

This place is why I don't feel bad for federal workers during the shutdown. Horrible customer service.
This place is a joke there's a million people I've been here twice there's one person working he's doing everything answering phones taking care of people talking on the phone two other customers I've been here twice and left both times. If you can find another place I would recommend it the post office is not the place to do it I spent 3 hours the first day I was there and left I spent 15 minutes this time and left I was probably 15th in line and apparently it's like this every day. They had a review in the Sacramento Bee say what a great place it was to go get your passport I'm here to tell you it's not if theatre's any other way to do it I would do it. If you do then expect to be there for several hours. What a joke.
