18Was a wonderful experience and very friendly staff. The lady who helped 90245 was such a friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this postal service. 10 to her making our experience very fast and helpful to us and others at a same time.
For some reason our block does not get mail delivered on a daily basis here in Manhattan Beach. Last night we waited until 9PM and no mail. Other days the mailman comes with his head lamp on. When trying to ask questions the USPS charges you $1.00 to ask a question. When I left a phone message never heard back from the USPS. The mail carriers are great, kind and over worked. Is our government letting them down and as a result letting us down? I would like my mail delivered in the day time on a daily basis. Guess I'm old fashioned.
First time at this location and the two ladies working were VERY HELPFUL and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE They were so awesome I'm still in the parking lot writing my review
Are u able to reuse stamps if already on mail can i peal off old stamps and reuse them to send out new mail? !
As this tracking history shows I did an overnight Express Mail dropoff at 9: 14 in the morning and this post office held it all day where for some reason it was routed to Oakland where it sat all day completely missing the guaranteed 3pm delivery and as of 11 pm it still isn't even in the destination city.
Twice in one month a package says it has been delivered but is not in my mailbox nor have I ever received them. I am so tired of having to seek refunds and search for items I purchased. Why can they not get their act together?
I am in Michigan. An ebay seller left a tube package for me at this branch, with a Priority insured prepaid label, on Nov 17,2020. It is Dec 7, and the package label has still not been scanned for tracking, nor left the Segundo office! No wonder I see all the negative comments about this office. I only left one star, because I could not leave zero!
The people at this post office are kind, efficient and very good at their jobs. I've been to other post offices and they don't even compare.
Not sure why but no one answers the phone when I call.trying to figure out where a package is after it’s been marked as delivered but still hasn’t shown up after a few days.
Trying to see if i should ask for a refund from the seller or at least verify the package is still in transit and was marked delivered by mistake. But with no communication it’s hard to figure this out and my money is just gone.
These ladies know how to handle customers during a PANDEMIC! Compare this post office to the one on Inglewood Ave, it’s day an night!
I went in and got a money order, had to get out the line to finish it, came back and the line was basically the same, I applaud this post office, don’t give them bad reviews because you’re having a bad day, relax. This post office is 5 stars.
Beware, they will overcharge you. Make sure you are paying for the service you asked for. I got charged twice for one package, once for regular shipping and another time for a different type of shipping.
Then I went back for the same type of shipping and got charged more for a standard first class shipment, didn’t ask for tracking, they just charged me for it. Rip off.
Next time I went back a customer was coughing and the employee didn’t want to disinfect because she was on the other side of the screen. Every man for himself.
Your service is POOR. It is currently 6: 30 pm on Tuesday and we still have NO MAIL at 1545 6th St Manhattan Beach 90266! I understand that all government employees had Monday off but should we, your customers, have to pay for this unacceptable service?
I know this place has a lot of bad reviews, but I left this USPS in a way better mood than I typically do. Every post office is going to have inefficiencies, so when employees are pleasant it makes a world of difference. The couple of women working at the time were super friendly and helpful, and it was a nice surprise from what I'm used to at other post offices.
Bad attitudes and lazy employees. Horrible experience! I felt like I was an employee because they simply did not want to do anything. They surely did not want to be at work. It’s time to privatize the USPS!
I am currently inside of the post office and I have been in line for 25 minutes still with 2 people ahead of me. One cashier and there are 6 people behind me. The cashier has not called for assistance at all. This is unacceptable. There was an African American woman who was out front but she never offered to assist anyone in line besides giving out envelopes. Post office you must do better.
. After 30 minutes I am finally being helped and still only one cashier.
Again uneducated, rude and unprofessional staff on video violating the USPS code of conduct towards customers. The Postmaster needs to be fired and the staff retrained.
Poor experience. Besides the people behind the desk not understanding English. The exterior door is locked though the hours state it's 24 hour po box lobby like the rest of america.
When it's open, this post office is great. It's really inconvenient that the self-service drop box and kiosk aren't open outside of business hours though.
