Best Post Office! I been a PO Box customer for over 20 years and have never had a single problem. Alway got my mail. Friendly staff, they know you by name, highly recommend! I miss Winnie a former employee though

This postal branch is the worst! They have lost so much of my mail and its a po box! My daughters drivers license my disability checks etc etc! Don't know if there's a theif working there or they just plain loose ur mail and or throw it away!

Completely useless. Twice I have had to reorder the same package and twice they have failed to deliver it correctly. I ordered a small package and the first time they must have put it in the wrong mail box because the tracking said delivered but I never got it, so I reordered and the second time it got returned to the sender because my address is "vacant" which is clearly wrong. I have never had so much trouble getting mail in my life. Whoever is delivering mail here needs to be replaced because they clearly can't do their job!

And don't try calling, you wont get through.

Locked my keys in my car. Called up newday home keys and the owner Gary was very personable. Super nice guy, fast service! He was in and out and very affordable.

DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A PACKAGE FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND WHEN THEY FINALLY SHIPPED MY ITEM THIS POST OFFICE EITHER STOLE OR LOST MY PACKAGE WORTH OVER $100. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THIS OFFICE AND THE 1800 NUMBER AND NO ONE IS EVER HELPFUL AND THEY SAY THEY WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AND NO ONE EVER GETS IN CONTACT WITH ME IN REGARDS TO MY CASE, THEN WITHOUT RESOLVING ANYTHING THEY SAID MY CASE WAS RESOLVED? ! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO MY PACKAGE, CASE, ANYTHING. I AM FURIOUS AND I DONT KNOW IF I EVER WILL GET MY PACKAGE OR GET REIMBURSED FOR WHAT THEY STOLE/LOST.

If I could give them a below zero I would.
This use to be great postal service office, there is a new manager and if you talk to her about your items shipped through them, she is simply not capable to tell the truth or help you in any way just very unqualified to be a leader.
I hope workers don't become like her.

I tried to ship the package to another country. It is a phone. I know people who sent the phones thru USPS before internationally and had 0 problem. So, I came to the office, filled out all the forms, paid $46 (!). Couple days later I got the package back, saying that the battery of the phone was too big. I came back to the office to ask for refund, and they wouldn’t do it. I emailed, called customer service. Spent LITERALLY 50 minutes on hold. They filed the complaint, and than office manager was supposed to call me couple days after. And…he never did! Some other regular employee who barely spoke any English called me and said that USPS will not refund me any money because it was my fault.
The problem is that representative NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING about their return or refund policy. If I knew that I wouldn’t get full refund or at least partial refund, I would never do it! USPS, it was VERY unpleasant experience!

The STAFF i cant even believe who they hire here not only low class rude employees but over all ghetto, the customer service is better at a mc donalds drive thru they need a Clean well managed work space that know's how to take care of there jobs what job will have a " L. A. D. Y " chowing down food while talking to a customer explaining to her while giving lip and attitude i dont know if its the pregnancy hormones or the ignorant / disrespectful background she came from.

I guess I lived in a small town with honest people for too long, I had no idea post offices locked their doors so you can't get to your p.o. Box after hours. LAME.

Mi was the postal person that waited on me. When I first went in there was only one person there. She just looked at me and looked away. Then when she decided to wait on me she just look at me and made a GRUNT NOISE. When I didn’t respond be cause I didn’t know if she was calling me or just passing wind or something. Anyway she did finally say hello so I said hi and proceeded to counter which was about two feet if that. I wasn’t sure how to mail my box price wise so she almost scolded me because the box was open and no tag on it. In the past if my package was open they put a piece of tape on it and just mailed it. WELL I was told very boldly you need to put tape on it. So of course I HAD TO BUY A WHOLE roll of tape that I probably won’t use. If my package doesn’t get there I will know why Miss Mi. And you will get scolded from me. I will never go to that post office again! What has happened to common courtesy. Horrible experience which could have been easy and nice. Thanks Miss Mi for nothing.

It was nice to go in a post office in the city that was not terribly busy. The lady help me find the best deal quick shipping. Quick and easy!
