The lady in the counter is one of the worst attendant I ever had, paid the expedite fee for a passport and the picture where taken in this location, weeks later I received a mail from homeland stating they can’t issue the passport as the picture don’t met the criteria, really? -5 starts I would say

Lady gave us misinformation. Customer service was complete trash and does not clarify anything. She said one document was good then the next second it's not. No one is at the front until they hear the door open. Denies assisting me any further because I turned in the document the wrong document.

I went in for a passport appointment and my experience at this post office doesn’t even deserve to get a 1 star, if there were an option for zero i’d put it due to the worker the “helped” us, a grown woman with long nails and necklaces as well as some gold hoop earrings, they were a very rude person, when we would ask for help and she would answer with a bad attitude and was very short with us. I have never experienced anything of this sort. It astounds me that someone so rude could be working at this place with such awful customer service. I have also went through other reviews and I was not surprised that others have also said that they had a bad experience with the woman working there. Aside from this, the other worker that was there was nice and respectful, which I am thankful for.

Very sad, today the female person of color has treated me very badly, even scolding me, how is it possible that this type of person is working in a federal office with no customer service. Don’t go there. Clerk # 8 Even my kids felt sad.

Very very small USPS Post Office but they are never busy at all. So it's in and out with QUALITY and KIND SERVICE.

The parking lot is a nightmare.the building itself is falling apart. The employees are awesome thanks guys

I walk in to the post ofice in home land to re new my passport and the guy at that branch said that its appointment only i asked if he had any cancellation he said no, i asked if he can see us he said no that he was fully booked for the day i waited out side of the branch for over an hour no body showed up my feelings is that he is lazy and that he did not wanted to go the extra mile, any ways the pay check is the same $ if he takes it easy or if he work hard. I check the web site to schedule an appointment for the next day there was availability for all day long that makes me think that if the schedule doesn't fill up they just leave it open so the can take is easy. That's your tax dollars at work.

Wasn’t even there a minute before we were kicked out for not having an appointment. Very rude and dirty.
