United States Postal Service reviews
14Pathetic service. I am not sure why they have a phone number at this office since they NEVER pick up. And good luck having them show up at pre-scheduled appointments. Goes to show how good public services function -
This place is so dirty idk if the workers are tired or bored but they milk so much time with each customer making the wait time longer than it needs to please add a digital kiosk for faster trips and sanitize the place I know you can afford it
And have more than one workers in the front please
The Guy with the name Lucas. I think He's the only person working there, great customer service by Him.the other windows are open but I think they're chilling drinking their coffee.or sleeping.
.
Usually one customer service person, always dirty, looks rundown even when clean, homeless loitering, most employees dont smile.
The gentleman.the only Male worker (actually. Philipino or Mexican looking), was very Rude today. He was very impatient and did not show me respect. Me and 12 other people were waiting for over 25 minutes around 4: 50pm. (We were in the lobby until 5: 20pm). It was a busy day. I get it, but his temper was unnecessary. The lobby was hot so I had a bottle of water.
When I finally got to the counter to pay for my items, my bottle of water was perspiring from the ice.
When I carefully inserted my package in the Plexi-glass miniature “transfer tunnel”, HE said “YUCK.were in Covid season”. I was not aware small droplets of perspired water had dropped on my package. He made many faces and he was very irate for servicing me because of a few drops of water.
This is the 3rd time he has been rude to me. He is not friendly, to say the least. Don’t come here.
Go to the post office by MACYS/ FIGat7th. Much better service eight blocks away.
I believe no one wants to come to work because there are four windows only have one open. There is a really long line.
There is only Michael Lam at the window dealing with all people professionally
I've been calling this particular post office for over 2 hours during their posted regular business hours. No once was the phone answered. The USPS customer service is complete trash, no wonder they are loosing money and have a bad reputation.
Everyone here is always so happy and pleasant, well actually all the ladies that work here i should say and the nice Asian guy who has been working there a long time now. Don't really care for that younger new guy now, but apart from him, overall nice employees who are always so helpful and patient.
Employees very professional and deny service to the right people.we are in a pandemic, you coming in without a mask is contributing to the spread.employees handled the situation perfectly
THIS OFFICE IS CLOSED. They have been closed for a month, with my package stuck in there. Had to file for a lost mail. They promised to go in in sent it out for me, but they never did. Package never left the office.
They were scheduled to be opened today, but I went there and saw that they were closed. There was a sign on the door at 4: 30p.m, stating that their office was closed for the day.
What is this? I am NOT satisfied!
It's been 2 months and I still haven't received any of my mail. I paid 1 dollar online to have change of address. I went to the nearest USPS to my new house. They told me I have to go back to downtown la USPS and tell my problem to them. I went to Downtown la just to go to this post office and the lady who handles this problem was even there. Im now trying to contact USPS online and figure put where is my mail (my checks). Completely unprofessional and impossible to get any help
This location is definitely one of the worst USPS locations in all of Los Angeles it is surrounded by flies before you even walk in the door and once you get in long lines and that’s just the beginning the two wonderful ladies who work there at the front counter Will make an effort to ruin your day and they Will make you feel like you’re bothering them or annoying them for asking them to do their job I cannot believe these people are employed here it is the absolute worst place to do your shipping.
