United States Postal Service, La Mirada CA

The intake slot on the drive up mail box is sticky inside. For years I have occasionally needed to unstick mail and drop it down before depositing my mail. I checked it lat week. Even stickier than usual. Is there a problem with cleaning the box regularly?

Absolutely horrible. I own a small business and They’ve forgot to scan multiple packages that I’ve dropped in the “convenient” drop box, customers haven’t received their packages, I get attitude and feel SO uncomfortable going in there when I drop packages off. I avoid this location because the workers don’t want to work, atleast the two that I always deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who wants to make sure their customers get their items.

Very good experience for first time US passport. A super nice lady named Christine helps me all the way. She patiently answers every questions and gives advices when I got confused. Things done after 15 min with photos taken and envelop prepared. Note: should make an appointment and be on time.

The people here were cool and professional I thought I was gonna wait an hour for my passport like done but only took 15 minutes

I'm very disappointed about the service that I received this morning from a guy under name Jonathan. And also from a guy under name Robert, who tried to fix the situation with more money on the change. I have been costumer of this office for more than 10 years and is the first time that I have this unprofessional service.

I was calling to report our stolen mailboxes to warn the postal carrier that seven of our 28 mailboxes were stolen.

New to the neighborhood. Waiting on a VERY important letter and tried calling to find out what the normal delivery times are in my area. 3 attempts to call. First, hung up because no one answered. Second, someone answered and hung up without speaking after about 2 min. 3rd try, I could tell they literally picked up and hung up the receiver. Wow!

I've been here enough to say that some employees are outstanding. I had placed a few orders online, unfortunately due to a typo, I had input the incorrect address. Thankfully the manager wrote a note for the mailman in which he grabbed all my packages and deliver them correctly to my house. Not only the manager but the mailman both communicated with each other and saved my packages from being returned.

Poor, poor customer service! The postal workers were rude and their masks only covered their mouth NOT their nose! The supervisor I spoke to was NOT wearing a mask at all! When I asked her about it she walked off in a huff to put one on, by this time I was already exposed to anything she might have! Also she was not very nice or helpful! Very, very bad experience!

First time ship my package here, feel the price is expensive than the other post office which I usually go, after I got receipt I realize they chose the fastest way to ship my package without ask me. So I payed extra $8-10

Literally took me so long just to get my passport photo taken and the workers let other people pass me by in line. So unprofessional, will never be coming here again.

I have been coming this post office for 3 years because it is close. And it is always stressful. It took 30 minuets to send an international package today though I brought prepared label.

1/3/20 = 1 star = Been coming here since 2006 and im resident of La Mirada since 2006, i never had any complaint and i just saw the review in this branch, now i know why they had bad review. My wife really upset because so rude when they talk to my wife, They should replace na employee and management here. I wish that God touch their Heart.

Filled out a card to stop our mail for vacation. They only held it for a few days and we discovered this because we checked our security cameras. Thankfully we have a great neighbor who helped us out. When we went to pick up what they held and told them what happened, they could have cared less.absolutely NO response.horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible! On my first visit one female clerk was rude and showed no customer service what so ever.on my second visit a male clerk was picking his teeth with a flosser at the counter while waiting on a customer. He kept picking his teeth and leaving it in mouth while talking. It was so gross I passed on being waited on by him.
