My mail is constantly not being delivered. I have informed delivery letting me know what I should be recieving. If it’s a supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, forget about it! I think that whoever delivers for us on Saturdays (the carrier changes daily) just throws the mail away to have a shorter day. The mail supervisor at the post office is no help as they just say that they’ll put traces out on my mail. Nothing ever comes from that though. If anyone knows how to get a hold of anyone that can hold these people accountable, please let me know! This has been going on for the entire year and a half that I’ve lived here. Never had issues anywhere close to this anywhere else in the country!

I always go with my packages ready to go. So, I can just drop off at the “Express Packages” counter. I have seen crazy long lines with only one or two postal workers working behind the counters. However, they’re all very friendly whenever I’ve spoken to them. I think they just need more employees to help with the workload and to lessen wait times for customers.

I have not been receiving some of my mail even with mail with a tracking number. I took it to this post office which is my local post office and spoke with the mailer carrier supervisor. He became defensive and was saying this is not my tracking number when i told him this has happened before he said i understand that but this is not my tracking number. I showed him the email and text i got showing it was delivered to USPS. TThe thing that struck me was you would think an apology or i will look into it I will talk to my mail carriers and get back with you. Instead i get it is not my responsibility because it is not my tracking number. I told him i have not received other important mail as well and i said maybe it is the carrier. He did not want to hear it. This supervisor goes by the name of Jester. If anyone in the USPS high up reads these posts please look into the matter. There should be a little compassion here for their customers instead of being defensive.

Not that horrible customer service is anything out of the ordinary for the Post Office, but this time it was exceptionally horrible. I had placed an online order for a product costing $110. I received a delivery confirmation through the tracking information that it had been placed in a parcel locker adjacent to my box in our neighborhood on a Friday. I checked our mailbox but there was no parcel key. I placed a sticky note in my mail box for my mail carrier on Monday asking to check the parcel box in the event that the key was placed in the wrong mailbox and the person rejected the package. And the response asked me to go into the Post Office for assistance. I went in on Tues and a manager helped me. The tracking and GPS info had my mail carrier scanning the package right in front of the mail lockers on my street but doesn't prove that he put the parcel locker key in my box. He took down my contact info and told me he would contact me later that day as my package wasn't at the facility. No call or email. I went back on Thurs and talked to a different manager who immediately accused me of lying and raised his voice as if he was looking for a fight because the GPS coordinates were in front of my box so therefore I must have received it. I don't understand why he was so angry and accusatory but he still took down my info probably just to get rid of me and said he'd send me a lost package receipt that I could file with the seller. Yea, that never came. Truly horrible customer service. Shouldn't even be referred to as "customer service" because you're not viewed as a customer at all. Easily surpassed the DMV as one of the worst organizations to have to do business with.

My mail carrier STOLE a gift card! I saw I was getting it delivered via informed delivery and I was expecting it. Interesting how everything was received but the gift card. The gift card was sent from my bank and notated “Rewards”. I don’t trust my carrier or USPS! I called to complain and nothing comes from it. What’s the point? We just allow carriers to steal what they want?

Lost 5 packages already worth over $1000. They say they will contact you, but don’t. I’ve wasted my time going back and forth waiting for a response/solution. I find it funny how when I order from a specific company that sells exclusive and limited products, that it gets “delivered” to my mailbox. There are some products that I’ve purchased which are two times the size of the product. I also requested for signature required and that package said it was signed for and delivered to recipient. I never signed for a package, nor did I receive it. Plus, it’s in their contract/safety policy to not deliver to (third) floor according to staff at the office. They need to get it together here, either they’re stealing my packages or placing it in the wrong mailbox.

I never had trouble with any other USPS store that’s been in my location until I came across this one. The two front desk elderly women staff are extremely rude and almost always rush you!

They lost 2 packages i was suppose to recieve worth nearly $300. After 8 visits to here and over 3 hours wasted, I found out on my own they delivered both to the wrong address. After speaking to the very rude supervisor, he said they'll send the driver to "investigate. " The other employee already told me this before and nothing was done. After responding to the case numbers by email, and all of the in person visits, I suspect they were intentionally stalling so that I couldn't make the deadline to file a report within the 30 day limit. (I should've just filed it from the beginning, hindsight) I've had several encounters with different employees here. A few were very polite, and a couple were very rude. As a whole the customer service is terrible.

Love this post office. Easy to use kiosk and plenty of Priorty Mail supplies allows you to get in and out very quick!

Lost two packages already and they always point the responsibility at others, instead of finding a solution. Rude and disrespectful staff. If you have a P. O. Box here, it’s best to never have to speak to any of the employees.

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I can deal with your everyday disgruntled postal worker, but this was a whole other level of horrible.

Don’t come here. Staff is rude and lazy. There’s always a long line too and no parking. Mexican lady working there is really rude and has attitude issues. I tried sending something and bought an envelope there that was clearly labeled at 49 cents, and she said that it costs more.

This is by far the most USELESS post office I’ve ever had to use! The postal clerks are rude and extremely slow. For whatever reason, I cannot receive packages to my door because I live on a 3rd floor apartment. Because I am an essential medical worker and work regular business hours, I
I’ve spent my whole lunch 1 hr break at this establishment more than once. Don’t bother calling either because the phone just rings and rings! If the postal contracts in the ever-growing Eastlake/Otay Ranch areas include not delivering packages to 3rd floor apartments, then perhaps this post office should be staffed and prepared to handle the post office traffic, because this is just not acceptable

There’s no one available to help you with explaining priority, express, first class, etc, and if you DARE ask one of the people that stand at the cashier, they just insult you and expect you to know where everything is. This place is much worse than the DMV.

They get a pension and great benefits and you would think they would be happy with what most Americans don’t even have. This place needs a HUGE shakedown on customer service training.

I can see why FedEx, UPS, DHL, EVEN AMAZON, have been picking up the slack. Such an awful department.

Lost certified mail. Isn’t that supposed to be the thing you are good with? That’s why it’s certified. Delivery from San Diego to Chula Vista. And had a letter cut open and delivered then 2 months later.

I have coming here for over 15 years. This post office always has very good service. The lines are handled professional & expeditiously. My PO Box is here and I sometimes have a long drive to get my mail but I don't mind. I wouldn't change it. The building is clean and safe unlike some other post offices with ugly exteriors.

They dont deliver on 3rd floor and will not leave any type of notification to come pick up your package at the post office. You will be left to figure out what happened to your packages.
