The 5 stars are for Diane, who is always helpful. No matter what you look like.
My only suggestion is to please do not allow families to hang in front of the door begging for money. Most of them are refugees already getting money and housing from the government, we should not be bothered by their children noises and their unhealthy habits. None of them wore masks during the pandemic.

Have a po box at this location. Price is going up faster than gas ️. Location is Palos verdes little Grand Central Station

This place is laughable and archaic. They don’t even have the ability to print out their own USPS return labels. Get a printer and an email USPS! Join us in this century

Workers have attitude and not friendly at all. Worst post office with horrible workers. Who trains them like that?

I had a great experience mailing my package. I was struggling to find the right box for my items and a nice lady named Dian helped me so sincerely. She also helped me to fit my items in the package. I appreciated it very much as I had some previous disappointing experiences at this location.

I'm there at least once a week. The first person I usually meet before I reach a window is Diane, who very helpfully wanders around offering to help anyone in line she can. Really cheerful and helpful to those who do not need to go to a window. Window clerks who are always cheerful and helpful are Richard, Kevin, Parvin and Char. I 'm so glad my experiences differ from those who are complaining.though the occasional long lines are a downer.

Lisa was a huge help. Even though they were swamped for the holidays she spent time looking for my package which may have been misplaced. Thank you Lisa!

This is a nice big facility with easy parking and efficient clerks. They also have a nice greeting card selection. The only reason I’m not giving this a five is sometimes there aren’t enough clerks staffing the front to help people and the line can get long.
