I have never been to a postal service with such nice and fast customer service. There's plenty parking space outside, and it is located in a great shopping center with various restaurants and a grocery store. I would definitely recommend.

This is more of the normal experience dealing with postal clerks especially the ones with many years of service. While there are many that are helpful I think there are more that are unhelpful, rude and couldn’t care less about the customers that pay their salaries. I have seen this firsthand working for the USPS for many years. Just brace yourself for an unpleasant experience so you won’t get too disappointed.

Around the corner. Reliable and great staff. Only thing I dont like is the hours could be a little longer.

I had a great experience at this local post office. Valerie was very helpful and helped me in getting my packages out. I will come back here again just for the customer service.

THE LADY WORKER YELLED TO THE PEOPLE IN LINE THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO TAKE NO ONE AFTER THE MAN IN FRONT OF ME. ME AND MY SON WAS IN THE LINE BEHIND HIM. SHE WAS RACIST.

Absolutely worst customer service!
The worker "Valerie Pereira", she's so rude. The moment I walked in she had this sour face on and talked to all of the customers rudely including my grandpa who doesn't speak English. After I paid for my package, she just threw my box on the floor like she doesn't care (apparently).
Lady, if you hate your job, stay home and wash dishes. Please don't ruin people's day just because you're miserable

My package was sent out from this postal service at 9 am today and said it was dilivered at 1: 31 pm. I waited hours for this package and not once did anyone show up between 12pm to 5pm and they claimed to have delivered it. That 300$ down the drain.they say they cant help with.

Horrible service. I felt rather humiliated by the bad service I did not even receive. I made it to the lobby before five pm, Closing time, I Stood in line along with other three people. Service very slow as usual I was the last client in line. The clerk, decided that the person in front of me was the last to be served. I was left out. The clerk replied I'm closed and I'm not going to help you. Fine, but there should be a sign at the line, like the súper markets they place a closed sign right behind the last client. In this case, I wasted my time in line foolishly just to be rejected. No wonder why more people look for alternative services. North Hills post office sucks. It's not the first time I've experienced bad service here.

No wonder the post office is losing money, the people that work here are rude, and when I tried calling the office no answer!

Had a great time there Postal worker was nice only 2 people in line one had a screaming baby that was the only down side

If I could I would give this post office zero stars. I have called this location for two straight days an no one every picks up the phone. The phone just rings and rings and then eventually hangs up on you. So I went into the office and experienced the same customer service. It seems like none of the employees are willing to help or maybe they just hate their job. Probably a combination of the two. AVOID this post office at all costs.

The worse ever 2 bills and my rent I sent out thru here but they had a delay.thanks to that I'm being evicted

I have found doors are locked during their normal business hours. The younger lady is nice. The others don't seem that eager to do their job.

I received a replacement part for the washer door. It was sent from this post office and arrived herein two days. Very happy with this service!

Have made 6 calls and everytime the phone rings and rings and rings until im disconnected, this is what my paying for packages has left me with no person to person communication.

The lady there is rude as hell and has a face that she hates her job. They never answer the phones either. Only one person working there it seems.
