United States Postal Service reviews
10 Today I have an appointment for passport at 1: 30PM
When I arrived one clerk told me a lady who works on passport is not in to work.
There was nothing to either text me nor email me.
I don't know how people rated this place is best passport office.
Think about it
They decided to take a ten minute break all at the same time during the busiest part of the day, very unprofessional.
Trash service with even trashier employees. They’ll screw up your passport application then blame you when it’s their fault. Screw USPS.
This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. The mail carriers NEVER deliver packages unless they are the size of envelops. They make up reasons of why they could not deliver packages meanwhile they are just too lazy. I have one mail lady who never delivers anything unless she can throw it towards my front door from the bottom of my stairs. On a daily basis she walks around talking to her friends on speaker phone or listening to music full blast. She is very rude and should have been fired a long time ago. If you can't do your job then you need to find another line of work. I have been waiting on a package for almost two weeks and still they can't seem to deliver it or leave a pink notice on my door so I can pick it up from the post office myself. I am beyond frustrated!
Michelle was very helpful in assisting with my questions and concerns. Initially I went to a different location in Buena Park, CA to send off my mother’s passport renewal application and requested to have my mail certified and the gentleman there wouldn’t allowed me to have my mail certified. He said since I was already sending it as priority mail the Passport center wouldn’t signed for it because it’s being sent to a PO Box. I didn’t need it signed for I just wanted to make sure that my mailed would get there, by having it certified. Especially with all the identity theft going on. This is my second time here and every time I leave satisfied! Keep up the good work Holiday Station!
Reship a second order, they had lost my second package! Do they just not scan the packages at that location?
Very bad customer service experience! The people that work here are Old and grouchy, it seems they’ve been here for to many years and need to retire, the service they provide is horrible, they answer questions with a bad mood face and do not provide with any information at all, I tried to get a passport and they made me schedule an appointment, the next day they made me reschedule another appointment because they were too busy and I end up looking for a different USPS office
If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD. GRACE IS A DISGRACE AND SHE SHE RETIRE OR QUIT. She is helpless. If I was suicidal I would have considered it after dealing with her. She should be fired!
For a post office, it's not bad. I've been to worse. I've had good experience here, minus the removal of the drive up box outside.
I been coming here for at least 10+ years & never have any issue. The staff are always helpful & process the outgoing packages quickly. Even if the line is long they get to you right away. I always have payment ready & packages properly labeled.
