TL;DR: Tina at the front desk sucks at customer service. Rude, impatient, and upfront unprofessional.

Big yikes for the customer service provided by Tina in the front desk. She is SO RUDE! Gave her a prepaid package and politely requested a receipt at a slow Tuesday afternoon. She gave me and my partner an attitude and just flung the package back to me and told me to use the self service machine. She said to press the second mutton for prepaid package at the machine, but it is the third option actually (from left to right). The whole time I was a bit confused and offended, I felt very rushed. This lady wouldn’t stop telling me to just READ the instruction while at the same time providing me confusing instruction that was different from the ones on the screen. There were other customers too. I scanned the barcode but it seems to be invalid. I told Tina that the machine didn’t read my package. Tina scuffed and said because I didn’t followed the instruction and that’s why it didn’t read. I was like? I did followed the instruction? She came and saw there were multiple barcodes on the prepaid label. Then she said “you need to cover the other barcodes like this! ” She covered other barcodes with her thumbs and it went through. But ma’am, that part was not on the instruction. When the screen finally shows to tell me to drop the package off the bin. There was no drop off bin nearby? A lady who was also a customer was nice enough to attempt in helping me find the drop of bin. Tina came to us, again, rude, told us that it’s right in front of the front door direction. And if I had read the instruction, I would have known. I’m sorry ma’am I don’t see it when I was reading it. It made me felt so bad about the whole experience feeling that I have caused troubles only to realize that she also treated other customers poorly.

Who knows what happen to this lady Tina today. Is she having a bad day or sth? Please don’t carry that to your work. It’s very unprofessional. Worst customer service I got from usps.

The customer service at this USPS continues to drastically decline to the point of us taking packages to UPS or to the next cities USPS. The extremely long lines, rude employees, and damaged drop boxes for packages has made driving to the next USPS the best option.

DO YOU PEOPLE EVER PICK UP A PHONE? 4 times you picked up the phone & 4 times you immediately hung up. My 5th phone call to you & have now been on hold for 45 minutes.horrible customer service, no wonder the Postal Service is losing tons of money.

Pretty quick service considering it's pre-tax day. Now, if only the customers knew what they wanted in advance, the service would've been even faster.

Doesn't answer the phone and the drive up mail drop box was full. Couldn't advise them it needed emptying before letters were stolen out of the box.

I never leave reviews but felt it was an important and necessary to leave one for the amazing customer service we received today by Pancho when we visited the Glendora Post office with my husband and 4 kids to renew our passports. Pancho assisted us and he was super professional, friendly, efficient, detailed, clear with his instructions, kind, super helpful, and got us all finished in less than an hour! Thank you so much for the great customer service and it was a pleasure meeting Pancho. Next time we have to renew our passports, we are definitely going back to see Pancho. Thanks again and we truly appreciate you!

What's up with this post office? ! I went in for a simple send out but ended up watching who I'm assuming is the manager, berate this couple about their packages while the line built up. She was so condescending that it even made me extremely uncomfortable. Despite the person helping me being super kind, I'd rather go to a different post office than watch customers be treated like that.

Awful passport service. Not helpful and was very rude and belittling. Everyone one else was great and professional but the man that helps with the passport really made the experience difficult and constantly rushed me.

Asked a simple question, was put on hold indefinitely. Friendly reminder not to call and expect any service. Just show up and ask all your questions there.

My daughter and I came in to apply for our passports. Pancho helped us navigate the process by making sure that we had all of the forms and documents. He identified corrections that needed to be made to the forms. He was great! I highly recommend coming to the Glendora Post Office and, if you are lucky, having Pancho help you through the process.

This location has a great team of staff members! Came here and the line moved very quickly thanks to Gina who assisted in the line, very nice. Pancho is awesome he knows what he is doing when it comes to submitting for passport renewal. I am confident my application was submitted correctly, he is very thorough:) thank you to the great team at this location. You guys rock!

I'm really happy with my experience at this post office, we got 3 passports in less than 45 minutes and the staff is really nice to people, definitely recommend this place. PANCHO was polite, professional and really good on customer service

I must refute the person who thought the staff rude.quite the contrary - I use the services of the Glendora station frequently - and not only has my service been excellent - but they have often gone out of their way to help me when there was a complication on a delivery or shipment. Wha'ts more.standing in line I have observed how the staff treats other customers - and they are consistently warm, friendly, and extra helpful to patrons. So. Thanks, guys (gender neutral, of course). But seriously - they are ALL great folks. Go Glendora Post Office!

I had to drop off a package to return a merchandise and the Asian lady at the counter was the worst. She just abruptly told me to use the self service kiosk without explaining anything and was extremely unpleasant overall. Then the trouble with the kiosk forced me to wait in a long line once again, but a different associate saw that I was back in line and thankfully decided to help me in using the self service.

Fast forward a week, I’ve been tracking my item as the return is time sensitive and nothing has happened so far. It’s only going to downtown LA and considering it took one business day to be initially delivered to me, I believe they likely have lost my package.

I have been calling relentlessly and submitted a form online requesting assistance in locating my package, but based on the fact that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE at this USPS and the reviews that consistently mention the general incompetence, I have a terrible feeling that I will never be able to return my item for a refund.

Now I am out $241 thanks to the worthless performance by employees (not all I’m sure) at this Glendora US Post Office.
