Terrible customer service. I asked if my package was ready for pick up, since I pay to have my mail sent to the PO BOX. She literally told me they had no time to check.

Everytime I go pick up my packages, they are always in a bad mood. If I get lucky they are in a good mood and give me my packages that day.

The only reason I have a PO BOX there is because my mail gets lost at home.

I paid about $ 100 for postage. The postal package arrived in Iran after 3 months and was defective and completely damaged. Chocolate and pistachios were defective and moldy, and my family threw souvenirs in the trash. There is no good future, don't waste your time and money here

Talk to supervisor Lupe.this person so Rude and angry.she need to take classes in angry Management and customer services.

Terrible terrible service management is just so terrible to try to resolve issues rude very unprofessional is this why they are getting defunded?

My experience has been GOOD. I really appreciate the service this specific USPS provides to our Community. Anyways. I read the ratings and complaints from other people.and I figure that there must be an issue here. I hope my comment brings management attention to FOCUS on what's is happening.and possible steps to improve customer service.

This location have to be the worst in Customer Service they are rude and very unprofessional. I called to get some information about the delivery of our mail for the company the lady who said her name was Isaha maybe not be spelling it correctly was so so rude and she hung on me not once but twice. I call back and the phone just rung and rung call back again ask for the supervision she said her name was Lupe and she also was very rude and condescending and she went to say some very disturbing conversation. I asked to talk to the post master she said he was on vacation his name was Micheal get those peoples out of there treating and talking to customer in that manner. If there was a petition to closed the post office and start using other mean of delivery I would be the first to sign.

Left with a slip saying packages to be picked up at Soto PO. I get there and am told it’s not in their inventory.
The slip says they attempted 12/21.
I should pick up at PO after the 23rd.
It’s the 24th and it was magically routed with a carrier even though THIS WAS NEVER AGREED TO NOR REQUESTED.they REALLY are SORRY and pathetic when it comes to Customer Service excellence.
