All the ladies that work here are truly such joy. They are always so helpful. I always recommend this post office to family and friends. The young man is the newest addition to their team and he is also very courteous. There is an older man that I haven't seen for a while, hopefully he is okay, he has a Dodgers announcer voice. All in all 10 out of 10.

I come here every once in a while.lord the women who work there ALWAYS look miserable and give me attitude. I swear i have never had a good experience here lol mind you i literally go to this post office just to drop of my packages and get a receipt. I try my best to not go to this location but unfortunately its the closest one too me. I much rather go to the one is south gate the ladies there are always super nice!

Very short line and all the clerks available opened up to reduce the little line that we had. The clerk that helped me took her time to explain to me the different options available to get what I wanted done. She was not loud, discrete and professional. I love this Post Office.

Great experience for passport! Chose this location since it was the only one with online applications. They have seats for people waiting on their passport too, and call you up.
Their photocopy had issues when I went but I’ve already made photocopied of my birth certificate and the state IDs so it wasn’t an issue. I needed my mother along for the application and the passport lady that day was very patient in helping my mother out (she doesnt understand english)

They also took cash and made a moneyorder on the spot and my application was promptly cared of.

Very great customer service, and great experience with fist time passport application. No need for an appointment!

Best USPS location, was really impressed with their passport services. In contrast USPS offices in LA have terrible service. It's worth for people in LA to come out here specifically for Passport services to have a better experience.

They lost my passport then ask me to mail out a ds86 form. Additional charges on top of the close to $200 I already paid for mailing fees. Go to the private sector instead.

I deposited my UI certification on 11.18.2021 in the outside mail boxes. Found out EDD never received my certification? Thank you post office, now I'm pending two weeks of pay!

They did send my package, but I was supposed to receive $50 In change. I realized that after I saw my receipt. What's worse is their customer care line. I wanted to tell them what happened at my local post office, but the only person I talked to was a machine. None of their options applied to me. I wasted an hour trying to talk to a human. Thanks USPS

Horrible customer service! It’s not right for employees to be rude to a customer! All I wanted to do is mail something out and they made it so complicated!

Beware of using backside alley parking lot! Old Mexican lady w glasses who cleans around will not hesitate to call someone to tow your vehicle! Even in tough times like these lady has no shame!

Bunch of incompetent bafoons who cant even read! I understand miss delivering a letter but a package? ! Wow what are the academic standards for working here? Apparently you dont even have to know how to read to be a mail man! Worst post office ever!

Whats the point of making an appointment if they dont take it seriously and go on lunch at that time

By far this is the best USPS I've ever been to. Location is very clean and staff is very pleasant. They processed over 40 priority mail envelops for me with a smile. Nancy and Lucia are amazing.
