Parking here is a challenge. The lot is really small and is almost always full. Sometimes there's a line of cars just to turn into the parking lot. It's inconvenient.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this location, namely with Denise, who helped me recover some packages that were sent to the wrong address. She was super sweet on the phone and even helped me put my stuff on hold when I needed some time. Thank you!:)

update: had yet another great experience with their customer service! Everyone at this location is extremely considerate of your time and willing to help!

Place made the unfortunate decision to shorten their hours of operation! They now close at 5pm on weekdays instead of 6pm!
they also lock their doors before 5pm in
broad daylight! Beware!

Please fix your hours of operation for Saturday and I will change to 5 stars. You close at 2pm, not 230pm. Me and many others have fallen victim to this deception.

Have a PO box and unable to access it 24/7 any more. They lock your ability to get your own mail

There are some issues here and there, yes, but in general, this is one of the near post offices around. Nothing is perfect but I was able to solve issues everytime I had one. Some employees are not the nicest and others are extremely helpful (Ken for example is a sweetheart). I ship several packages daily and seldomly have any trouble.
For those complaining that mail doesn't get scanned after being dropped off, you can scan your packages before dropping them in the slot btw. Just use the self-service machine (i have learned it from Ken ️).
There is room for improvement in some areas but I would say that they still do a good job here.

I call this the magic post office because stuff gets from here to its destination quickly.
This post office has been great for all the years I've been coming here, 30+. Just worked with Ken at the front desk and he was patient, pleasant, and informative. They do have fewer people in the front but this morning there weren't many people coming in. They've got machines you can use for mailing. The main room is fully stocked with boxes, some decorative mailing materials, anything you need to mail. Do yourself a favor and send your mail from here.

Horrible customer service. Kim was very unhelpful and argumentative. I made an appointment a month ago to go in today to submit for Passport documents. I walk in there and there was a huge line and I wait until it's my turn. Nowhere was there signs for an appt.line or walk in line. As I get closer to the front I notice there's a separate line for passports with appt. Ok cool I'll make that line. There were two people in front of me one with appt.and one without. So the one with appt.asks the individual without the appt to go back since he had made an appt. She hesitantly did but Kim was trying to help her but clearly the man wasn't having it since, makes sense, he made an appt. So my turn is next since I had an appointment. The other individual claims she was waiting for an hour. I'm sorry but that's not my problem, I scheduled my time and I'm here with all my paperwork finished/documents for verification are set. Kim, however, decided to help the lady without the appt.mmm ok I'm sorry but why is there appts in the first place if you are going to help the people that just walk in. On top of that the lady didn't have her paperwork completely filled out! If you've been waiting for an hour then why isn't the paperwork completed? By this time I'm angry but I don't say anything. Clearly Kim is intent on helping this lady out.fine. Kim finally assists me, I still don't say anything but even through my mask you can tell I'm angry, she then proceeds to say that it's because I was late and giving me attitude. Oh no no no, ma'am I was waiting in the back in the huge line because there were no signs to differentiate shipping and passport line. Seriously I don't have time to argue I need to get back to work. All she had to do is just get my paperwork processed. Instead she rather argue and tell me it's because I was late. She finally realized that's not working since I'm holding my own so she then claims it's because the other lady was there 3 times and I need just wait. Like I said that isn't my problem. I understand they need to assist walk-in but then walk-ins need to understand their wait time will be longer because of the people that actually make appt's. Especially if she hadn't finished the paperwork. Put her to the side to finish and help the person that has everything already prepared and has an appt.

We moved, forward our address. The postal worker sees the mail overflowing but still crushes the mail in there. No one has answered the phone at the post office for three days trying at least 20 times a day to call.

No post master at this location according to Carlo (who claimed to be the manager and was extremely rude). Carlo said that they are not responsible for mail dropped in the mail slot at the facility BECAUSE YOU COULD EASILY STICK YOUR HAND IN THE MAIL SLOT FOR ENVELOPES & PULL THE MAIL OUT! We have multiple cases open over mail that was dropped off at this location that the employees never scanned in. This location lost our packages. Keeps closing our tickets out in claim they Never got it even though it was all dropped in the slot INSIDE OF THE POST OFFICE. I said so we paid for tracking, dropped the stuff off here, and you are saying you never received it and that we can't prove it even when the employer watched us place in the slot? So you took our money, failed to provide tracking, failed to refund and gave a poor attitude. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING EITHER! CARLO ALSO CLAIMED WE WERE THE ONKY ONE QITH THIS ISSUE BUT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE LISTED TRACKING ISSUES AND ITEMS NOY BEING RECEIVED. WHERE IS THE REFUND FOR THIS FRAUD?

The service is horrible.
The employees at this location are rude, disrespectful and have no regard whatsoever for their customers.
They take no accountability for lost mail/packages.
Box of rocks for brains at this Postal Branch in Aliso Viejo California.
I have to send my daughter's mail and packages to her in law's house in Irvine so she receives it!
All employees including management team should be replaced immediately.
Mailed a giftcard in 2016 early November
and it was returned to me undeliverable 2nd week of January 2017.
The address was correct.

What is considered full by one carrier is not by another.

Let me explain, I and other residents have been living at the same apartment complex for over 6 years. We've never had a mail issue.ever.

In steps Richard the new carrier for our route. He states he issued notices that your mail box is "too" full to put more mail in. He also states that he waits 10 days and then pulls the mail to be held and if not picked up, it gets returned to sender.

When asked for proof of service he made no offers of where the notices were. However, after going to speak with the supervisor about this issue, suddenly, He is able to know that the notices are in a cubby hole back at the property. Yet, no offer was made to have him retrieve the documentation.

This pulling of mail has happened to over 5 people and none have gotten notices according to the leasing office.

Since its a government job, all I can do is write this post and perhaps others will do the same and this carrier and do the right thing.

And Richard, while on our property, you are required to were a mask. I know wearing a mask it possible for you, as you were wearing one, once you ran back to the postal branch.

The people that work here are extremely rude. You can tell they hate there jobs by the way they treat people. The only one thats been nice is the big guy. The mexican girl is extremely rude and not the sharpest crayon in the box

I normally do not like to give negative feedback but in this instance I feel that I need to share my horrendous experience.
My husband and I, along with our two children had an appointment to renew my son’s passport. Our appointment time was from 1: 15 to 1: 30 and per the instruction of our appointment we arrived 10 minutes earlier. (Appointment confirmation#WEA203211620).
The only clerk available for passport services was clerk #2, a lady name Melodi. We arrive at 1: 00 for our appointment that was at 1: 15 and weren’t called until 1: 45. At that point both my husband and I were limited on our time since we both had to go back to work.
When we finally got to the window, she didn’t really greet us well and started to look at the documents I handed her and mentioned that there were filled out with a blue pen and they need to be completed with black ink. She was correct as I didn’t notice the instruction on top of the form. I then asked her for a new form so that I can quickly fill it out while my husband can work with her with whatever else she may need since we were running really late. She responded very rudely that she can’t do anything until I give her the paper work. Her statement may have been accurate but her tone of voice and her delivery was extremely unprofessional.
My husband is a very calm man and said “would you like to look at the passports and his picture? “In his response, she raised her voice and said, “I already told you NO…Gosh don’t tell me how to do my job, as a matter a fact you guys need to go to a different location to do this”. I was shocked of how quickly this escalated and told her that I waited for 45 minutes while no one even acknowledged us and she could wait 5 minutes for me to complete the form. I also told her my appointment is for this location and we will not go to a different location. I did also let her know that she was not professional and this is not a customer service I would expect from a UPS.
I think what bothered me the most was that she felt so comfortable raising her voice and keep trying to one up me by saying that “YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, YOU ARE RUDE, …”, instead of trying to defuse the situation. She then walked away without saying anything and brought a supervisor with her. The gentleman asked us if we can move to the side so that they can help other people in the meantime and informed us that they’ll get to us as soon as we were done…and we did with no problem since he was professional. As I was completing the forms at the counter by the front door, two young men who also had a passport need and got turned away for whatever reason said the clerk was very rude to them too and they couldn’t believe she was screaming at us.
I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and can’t ever imagine challenging a client and speaking back to my customers, the way Mrs. Melodi did. If this is not a repeated behavior for her then maybe she was having a bad day but if you have received other complaints about her, I highly recommend you to coach her to improve her professionalism. I gave myself couple of days to calm down after this experience so that I don’t give a feedback based on anger.

The most convinient and the most time efficient Port Office. Very friendly staff. You may face only one small challenge - parking.

Dropped off a package Through the mail slot. Package never made it to the destination. This Post Office says they never even received it because I didn't get it "scanned in". So package is who-knows-where. Really hated the customer service (older gray haired tall Caucasian man). In other words this place is terrible.

Unlike others, I’ve never had a bad experience in my local post office, everybody is always nice, they may not a have a big smile on their face all the time but they do their job and treat people with respect. Keep it up and thanks for all you do!

I've had several packages lost. Don't know what it is with this post office but it's insane. On top of that their hours don't match the website which I personally believe is their governing thing. The gentlemen who wouldn't let me come on cause they are closed (30 min before real closing time) told me I should just come back and complain to the supervisor

Basically, I ordered an item and it was deemed 'In/At the Mailbox' - technically 'Delivered'. Obviously I never received my package so I went to the post office in person and asked where my package was. I spoke to a man named Carl. He claimed that my package was not at the facility and the next move was to get in touch with the mailman who went through my route. He gave me their phone number and also said that they would give me an update as soon as possible. So I was patient and finally received an update. The mailman apparently said he didn't recall delivering any packages to my address and that's where we left it.
I didn't see a point in arguing over this issue because it was too obvious what the outcome would have been if we kept exchanging words.

A few questions:
1. How bad is your memory?
2. Who labeled my package 'Delivered' if it wasn't delivered?
3. Was my package stolen by the Post Office?

I don't trust this place one bit when it comes to deliveries - seems to handle things with no care and lacks the necessary customer service handle any situation.

Just order on Amazon, can't trust USPS - they're just robots.
