Drop off 2 package here and I don’t think the lady scan it right. It turn out no status and the packages now are missing.

The staff was super helpful in getting me the right boxed (and even boxing and taping the stuff for me) that would lower my cost of shipping. Very thankful for the time she took to do this.

I'm so fortunate those big blue public drop boxes are there. USPS made that possible so I could mail a birthday card even while far from home.

The services suck, even for the paid package, the Asia ladies were scared for oversea packages. Refused to help to input mailing address or provide any help, if you do not want to help, please let any other person more competent and willing to help to do the work. Horrible services.

Very rude staff. Very impatient. They lost the tracking of my package and an Asian woman staff just say “oh nothing we can do, you file claim and we refund you”, she talked in a very rude way and turn around to do something else while I am still talking with her. I don’t need refund, I just need my overnight package to be delivered in time since it is very important paperwork and they just lost tracking it after multiple days. In her mind as long as they refund then they are all good. She is very unprofessional and very rude while talking to customers. I have been in this area for years and I visit multiple USPS offices nearby, this Asian woman staff (standing to the left side of the counter from outside view) is the worst one I’ve ever seen. I will do whatever I can to make sure this kind of people will no longer serve our community in near future. I have contacted the USPS officials and they will investigate soon.

I come here frequently to ship items. Staff is friendly & efficient. I look forward to my visits!

The staff are super friendly. I have been here for several times; the experience is one of the best of those with USPS!

Their pan fried bun is good. However, their beef noodle is terrible. I ordered it today. When l eat it, l can believe l eat a piece wire from scrubs (for washing dishes)!

I walked in in reasonable time to mail my package and the Asian lady puts her finger up and say I not take you I not take you. Do not go to this facility. Very rude people.

L like going to this post office. The staff there are super friendly and patient. They do their job very efficiently.
