I have never wanted to go inside a USPS office unless my circunstamaces force me to. And I have to go here because it's close by. As for the reason why, everyone is so hasty and no one want to give a smile or talk softly. In these recent times, thing has changed, or it's what I saw personally. The staffs are very helpful, speak softly and they smile, they laugh a lot; the customers have an easier time understand and follow through.it really smoothens such a stranding process. Hope they keep up

The work place attitude is the worst. The head of this post office never returns calls, doesn't handle complaints, doesn't manage his carriers so we don't get our mail consistently and he is a big Mr. ATTITUDE.

Not only is the service bad, but most people don't know there are small posted traffic signs which will get you a ticket with a big fine for turning left into the post office parking lot. (see photo)

Mail early. Also, don't count on the insurance paying you if something happens. They almost always deny claims.
Try another service.
Better delivery times, happier employees, and they give credit on their delivery flub ubs.

Send a package more than 3 months ago. Didn't get to the destination. After it come out from the USA, nobody get responsible and it get lost. The other countries will find any excuse to make it disappeared. Not even insurance will help. Tracking number is never found. It's all a joke.

At 11: 00 am on August 19,2021. I came here and sent a letter. The female staff member named (UYEN) me.she is also vietnamese like me.but she has a very impolite service attitude to say is very rude. When she found out that I spoke Vietnamese, she changed her tone sharply, I don't understand how she could hire such a lousy employee. Because there was a long line waiting, I didn't want to argue with her. I understand why this place has so few stars. I have never seen a woman as rude as her in my life.

Few times I had visited this location & what I have observed things are getting better at this location particularly front desk. Looks efficient & professional thanks to who ever deserves the credit.

Bad service.staff can not find mails! Even though you show them USPS notification, they will go inside and come back saying that there is nothing for you.

Just 2 or 1 people in front, why they removed the service from just picking up packages they lose a lot of time with the people who come to collect our mail

Junk service attitude, I wrote the wrong address for shopping on Amazon, and then I called the post office and no one answered the phone. I contacted the merchant and called the post office and asked him to keep the goods for me to pick up. After I went there for a while, I said not here While asking me to go to the other side, I went over there and said that it was here, but the printed list proved to me at this post office. This side said no, saying that it hasn't arrived yet, so I gave her the list and kept it. When I got off the phone, I said that I would keep the goods for me to pick up. I went early the next morning and he said the goods were sent out. That attitude was really bad.

This is the 1st time I have to leave a negative review for delivery service. My package said delivered but was never here. I checked my camera an hour before and after and saw NO DELIVERY! I’m extremely disappointed with USPS, especially the Hillview location. Ive received letters with the wrong address before, packages marked as delivered but came in a day later. Now, my package never even come. I contacted USPS VIA EMAIL and still no reply. BE CAREFUL! The employees here are not honest at all.

Twenty minutes before the time on the door said the office close'd. The rude disrespectful staff told me "We cose.you get out reave" THIS IS NOT A MISSPELLING. They told me this then processed to talk in their native language insulting and making fun of me. *FYI if you want to work for the post office being rude and not speaking English is a requirement.

I dropped a letter in the mailbox in front of the post office, but it was lost and never delivered to the recipient. I submitted a search request and sought help from the post office employee. What I get is the unprofessionalism and irresponsibility of the people who work here. You will be treated as a liar if you do not have a tracking number or receipt. And they see me as a liar. They said many people said they sent letters, but they did not. I told them I didn't need to know what other people were like. But in my case, I'm 100% sure I sent that letter. They talked to their customers like a criminal, they told me why I didn't confirm with the recipient, why I had to send first class mail, and why I didn't send priority mail or something like that.
It was the questions of why it was unprofessional and irresponsible. If I had another choice, I believed I would never use USPS.

Rancid service. Waited a hour in line just to have the clerk tell me, "give me your number, I'll call when package is ready". This was at 4: 40pm and they closed at 5.never got my package.

Bad service and they misplaced my mail on my PO BOX my check was there i left my information because they were going to call me back once they dind it they never did

WOW IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT HOW THEY ARE HANDLING THEIR MAIL OR THEY WOULD LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS!

I CAME ON RIGHT NOW TO WRITE A REVIEW BASED ON 8 YEARS OF HAVING TO BE SERVICED BY THIS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LOCATION!

SINCE DAY 1,8 YEARS AGO THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING 2 OR 3 SETS OF JUNK/AD MAIL IN OUR TINY LITTLE BOX AT OUR APT, EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY PUT A PACKAGE IN OUR BOX WE CANNOT GET IT OUT BECAUSE THERE ISNT A LIP ON THE SIDE WHERE THEY PUT MAIL IN, BUT THERE IIIIIIIIIS ON OUR SIDE SO WE CANT GET THE PACKAGE OUT WITHOUT DAMAGING THE BOX, THEY ALWAYS DELIVER OUR BIGGER PACKAGES TO THE WRONG HOUSE AND THEN TELL ME ITS MY PROBLEM AND NOT THEIRS, AND DESPITE CONSTANTLY TELLING THEM THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN 8 YEARS IN!

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WINNING WITH THIS TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREEEEEMELY DISRESPECTFUL MAIL DELIVERY PEOPLE AT ALL! THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THIS ISSUE IS TO FREAKIN MOOOOOOOOVE! I WOULD RATHER NEVER RECEIVE MAIL THAN TO GET ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!

AND TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER THEY HAVE CONVENIENTLY MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REPORT SUCH BS TO THEM ONLINE OR EVEN OVER THE PHONE! THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION THAT DESTROYS THINGS FOR OTHERS! LETS SEE HOW MANY GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE CHECKS THAT THE PRESIDENT IS SENDING OUT GETS LOST BY THIS CIRCUS OF A POST OFFICE!

They mailman delivered in 95148 area very lazy people stay in coner hide play phone many time have packages not delivery he push note for pickup and he very discrimination postoffice have fine this guy hide new people.

MARIA. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY RUDE AND DID NOT DO HER DUTY AT ALL. Address Change is an important step for people moving into their new home and MARIA made it EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and DID NOT help with the process at all. Very very RUDE and Unprofessional. The service request did not get complete. We are paying our hard earned money for such irresponsible employees.
