I have an Etsy store and ship 20-30 packages a week at this post office. I made a stupid mistake and forgot to put a shipping label on one of my packages when I dropped it off, and didn't realize until the next day. I figured I would just eat the loss and move on, but the package showed back up in my home mailbox a couple days later!
USPS staff went the extra mile to recognize my packaging, pull my return address off another package, and ship it back to me. Most people would have just thrown it out so I really appreciate them doing this for me. Happy to have this location as my neighborhood post office!
