United States Postal Service reviews
19Why is it that the collection boxes out front are smashed down it’s annoying trying to put mail in! That needs to be fixed ASAP!
They put my package in the wrong mail slot of the neighborhood cluster mail box, I will never be able to find it and now I'm down a Christmas gift. Thanks alot
My brother sent a live bird overnight express with a call request to let me know upon arrival. Second day the bird arrived at the post office no one call me for pickup and nether mail bring it to mail house so I have to go pick it up on the third day.bad service!
The folks here are very nice and kind. Also very efficient. Even though I did have a problem with an item needing to be picked up and then the carrier not being back till after the office closed so i had to go back a 2nd day, that's not the associates at the front fault.
The staff has always been friendly, apologetic for wait time and accommodating. Perhaps people get frustrated and in a hurry and I’ve seen them be rude to each other in line. By the time they get to the counter they are already, “loaded for bear, ” as the saying goes. Be kind, no one minds and our post office has heroes at the counter!
I was charged for a package to deliver in 2 days and it did not until 4 days. When I called to complain I was told that there is no guarantee with priority mail and it should have been sent priority mail express which does come with a guarantee. Now mind you when I aaked the clerk at the window ahe said that priority mail.wouls get it there in 2 days. Supervisor was rude and condescending and they offered no compensation for the late package and pretty much told me to go pound sand. Needless to say I will not be utilizing their services again.
Everyone was super nice! Went during holidays and even though the line was long, it was moving and there were plenty of staff to assist. They even had one employee at the front to greet and assist with the machines and general questions.
Place always packed but get PO box mail by 10: 30am, that's convent while running errands and waiting for home mail by 2: 30-6: 45pm. Can easily buy packing tape, boxes and brown paper bag wrap at dollar tree/99 cents store. Use the machine in the loby to mail boxes as large as 10X20, large envelopes and buy stamps. If you need tracking pay lowest insurance for a tracking #, pay with your debit/credit card, place box (if too large to fit in slots on right side of machine) on counter inside and walk out the door. I'm in and out in a few minutes.
My item was never delivered, I received an email to pick it up and the person at front desk did not even bother to make an effort to look. He simply stated my item was in the back being sorted and it would be ready the next day. Email was received at 12: 30, I arrived at 2pm
Very helpful in my stressful situation. Took my concerns seriously and gave me a solution. Very great service
Omg, iam so happy that there are more workers helping out in the front Lobby, I didn't have to wait no more than 10 minutes the last time I was there, the workers were all on point getting customers out the door, I use to hate going there because it reminded me a lot of the Walmart stores long, slow and overwhelming, but it's all good so far, go Postal Services on Alessandro in Moreno Valley, Cs.
It's a typical USPS office.
The postal workers try to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, so if you find yourself in a long line have a little patience.
This Moreno Valley Post Office was full of cheerful and helpful employees. It was so hot outside the day we visited. But the air conditioner was running and the temperature in the USPS was refreshing.
I'm not sure why people are leaving horrible reviews. Post offices are known to be busy, if you want to cut the line in order to send a package, use Click n Ship and simply drop your package off. Complain about the staff.but if I were in their shoes I'd be stressed with all of the people who come in. Sometimes it's the customers that provoke the workers.
Hours are exactly when most people are at work.
I have a po box, and if mail is delivered to a previous box owner, they’ll keep delivering the mail back to my box no matter how many times I write on the mail “no longer at this po box”.
The lobby and business hours need to be expanded.
This is why their business is tanking: they’ll never read any of this feedback.
Don't file a complaint. Its a waste of your time. And the Post master is always conveniently not tbere. I only gave one star because if not i would not be able to leave a review.
I usually don't like using other post offices then the ones that I regularly use, but because this one was conveniently closer to me, I decided why not. Will I ever go to this post office ever again? NO. They lost my mail.
I changed my address in person back in August which was 3 months ago and my mail is still going to the old address.
This location need more organization. There is always a big line every single day. I don’t understand why all USPS places in Moreno Valley can’t do absolutely everything. City population is getting bigger why don’t they hire more people.
