United States Postal Service reviews
15I was informed that my son's pandemic EBT card was coming today and I haven't received anything now I'm unable to feed my kids because of this.thanks a lot USPS this isn't the first time this has happened I have yet to receive several missing checks I was informed about months ago I've made complaints called the main station it's scanned in Oakland and still no resolution.what's the point of having informed delivery it isn't accurate
Your mail driver spilled hot cocoa/milk chocolate all over my mail and my package with Christmas stockings got soaked with hot cocoa. This is the first time this happened to my mail. My parents are both retirees 40+ under USPS in Oakland which is the main USPS in the Bay Area. You need to properly train your workers/or any new hires. This is unacceptable.
This post office doesn't deliver mail I haven't received mail in 3 days but informed delivery states otherwise
These carriers are lazy. They will rarely pass packages onto next site, they dont do their job at all.
What should have been a quick and painless transaction was anything but. I wrote all my information in on the form to obtain money orders for a business expense. I filled in my employers information as best I could to complete the form. I wrote everything in capital letters, spaced out in their own boxes. I then had the man behind the counter point to and ask me what each and every letter and number was when even his coworker could easily read it from a few feet away. They basically had to walk him through the entire process. All in all I was standing at the counter at least 20 minutes, had 2 other employees trying to help this man who clearly had no clue what he was doing. It seems training here is lacking, or hiring standards have been lowered. The man continued to ask for help for every single step of the process and the other woman working the next window had to close to come help him. "Do I press next? " was a question I heard him ask about 15 times, and he also struggled with differentiating between my personal information and the business information, despite them being clearly divided on the form. All in all, go to your bank for a cashier's check, do not come here for a money order. Or at least go to any other branch first.
Someone please fire Josephine. She is mean, rude and totally uncooperative. Wish I could give no stars for this place. I rather travel to another location 40 minutes away than ever go back there again. To be in customer service the least you should know is how to speak to customers!
Mail carrier consistently delivers packages to the wrong address, wasted about $500 dollars worth of delivery’s over the last year due to never receiving packages, including Christmas gifts. When they do arrive the postman who is perpetually on his phone never knocks on the door or I have to check with neighbors to track my orders down. USPS deliveries have become a running joke within the nearby buildings, which is a sad state of affairs indeed. Handle your employees!
Got here at 1p. 3 windows open, service is extremely slow. They are having sidebar conversations with each other and taking forever. I'm still in line for a passport appointment at 115. It's now 1: 27. Smh. 3 syats because at least I was able to handle my business. They were nice workers.
They constantly deliver my mail to the wrong house causing me financial difficulty Website is terrible phone is terrible
The carrier for my area is rude an unprofessional and doesn't like it when you bring issues to his attention.
No delivery attempt was ever made this is a place of business I was in my car from 5 a.m. Until 2 p.m. Tracking & waiting for the USPS driver.package NO ATTEMPT was ever made I am totally disgusted that the postman would lie
The day l went there. I was sending my sister a card with money in it
I had to send my mother some too. I exchanged a bill in my mothers card in front the handler second person front counter a black women which l.am also. My sisters card got there but moms didnt. Both had 150.00 dollars each. She remembered the blue card my moms card it never got received
Very upset! Thieves work there. Respect your job and customers.
I wish I could afford to move from Vallejo. The manager here regularly lies about packages getting delivered, being redelivered. The phone is off the hook. Nobody takes complaints seriously. They won't do crowd control in the office so 40 people pack in to try to get basics taken care of.
