United States Postal Service, Apple Valley CA

Back 2 years ago, the service was great but now? My packages are ripped because delivery personnel force 4 packages in the small box.

Number one the post office sent back an important package after having it only a few days and during the holidays which my complex office and the post office were closed, so upset about that, instead of trying to help, the worker who wasn’t even helping me, who was helping another customer starts saying rude, sarcastic and unneeded comments. I call him out and he still continues to make rude comments, in front of the customer and other customers in line. Who treats customers like this, oh JP does, JP is such a big shot being rude to costumers, his manager and corporate were called. Mind your own business JP.

Very friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. Trustworthy mail delivery on time. Multiple delivery services, and other services and products with reasonable prices. Clean, organized, and safe. Great location. Thank You!

One word: INCOMPETENT. I was supposed to receive a package from oldnavy on Sunday Oct. 30. The tracking states that a delivery was attempted and then forwarded. I have no forwarding address. I spoke with a local usps manager Nov. 1 at 12pm, who said she would speak with the carrier to find out what happened. Now the tracking says my package was returned to sender on Nov. 1 at 4: 47pm, after I spoke with the manager. The items are now out of stock on oldnavy. Spoke with USPS chat, who stated "Says it was forwarded in error by the carrier and ultimately returned because there is no forwarding order on file for you. It was returned before the manager was able to locate it. Regrettably, there's no way to stop the return now. " Absolutely unacceptable.

We have lived here in apple valley 11 years now and Have been very happy with our mail service. Our mail lady Peggy Taylor is the best mail carrier I have ever had. Always super friendly, prompt and professional. I can always count on getting my mail on time and delivered to my house. Thank you for your service USPS

I understand that these people are busy however I was waiting for a package but got a slip to pick it up at the post office but I noticed that the mail lady was a few homes down so I went to ask her if she really didn't have my package and she DID! She didn't need a signature and I've seen her drive closer to my gate to drop off packages before so why not just deliver it if have it's on the truck. This is only one incident but it showed how half a** they do their job. If it's too much for them they need either find a different job or speak up to have the way they deliver changed.

I don't write these but felt my experience was bad enough. Rude staff. Not helpful at all.

I have a permanent spinal disability that affects my ability to walk from day to day, numbness and severe pain that radiates down both legs and feet. My doctor wrote a disability request to the post master to deliver my mail to the door due to my increased risk of falling but the Post Master denied the request and rather have me sue the post office when I fall because he thinks someone else can get the mail for me. It is time to lawyer up when a person has a true disability and they do not accommodate it.

Place is actual garbage. Been having my mail delivered opened and the letters smashed back in the envelope.

No help given. The employees talk over you and make you feel dumb for asking questions. Not only due they lack customer service but they’re liars. I want my package that has been confirmed to be at this Postal Office location yet they claim it’s not there. Spoke with three different representatives on the phone to confirm package is there! Now, I just tracked the location for my
Package I’ve been waiting for for 65 days and still says it’s at the apple valley location.
Do us a favor, do your job. Don’t be so rude and actually give customers their mail. I’m not the only one who’s posted about this place who claims they haven’t received packages either.
Corporate needs to investigate this location and also Robert who works there has an attitude problem who’s willing to talk over you and roll his eyes at you. Yeah, still waiting for the manager to call… looks like that won’t happen since they’re constantly hiding in the back office.

Haven't received my packages for over 2 weeks now. Where are they?
6 Month Update:
I have not seen any of my packages and the bill has landed on the shippers of the products. It appears some are being returned to sender and others are simply disappearing?
I have filed 2 official complaints with USPS without any resolution. They simply call you, say sorry, then list the complaint as "resolved"; which is clearly false. Nothing is being resolved here.
In the past 6 months I have received more packages for the wrong address than for me-no, I am not exaggerating. I'm constantly delivering other people's packages and have yet to see any of mine.
The only 5 stars here are going to be the "standing in line" experience, look for yourself. If they did their job, you wouldn't have to stand in line unless you're sending something.

This place was good til all new employees came in.they are all snarky and rude.the place to pick up packages changes all the time but we are magically supposed to know that or we get chastised in front of the whole post office.bald oriental guy was more interested in his phone than doing his job.and dont dare not understand something, they might have to work and explain it.bring back the old crew!

USPS steals mail. I get informed delivery and my check was in the mail on the 14th do u know I have not yet received it. It was scanned in they system but for some reason it haven't been retrieved to me. I contacted usps did a missing mail request but nothing appeared. I know workers reported stealing meal in l.a county and thats a way for alot of people to come up during this pandemic and its messedup because our mail is in the hands of people that steal. Im unable to do a stop checked until the 25th but the fact is was my foster care check it will get flagged if its cashed n I hope they go to jail because it was a worker that did it. I received every piece of mail but that mail and my mail wasn't in the box

More often than not, I end up with someone else's mail. And since there has been a rise in theft, I am able to view online what the post office is going to be sending. Saw that a check was coming from the US Treasury, but it wasn't with my mail for today. Are the post office workers ripping off the people in the community?
