My packages keep getting delivered open. I have a locked mailbox so I’m suspecting it’s the mailman or someone at the post office. Package is cut and item stolen and all I get is an empty package.

I had a package I paid for faster shipping. They lied and said the driveway was not accessible. It is very accessible and has a big turn around. Ups or FedEx never seem to have an issue. They are lazy and liars

Don't pick up outgoing mail because they are too lazy to look and see if the flag is up for outgoing mail. I guess I will have to start taking my outgoing mail to the post office myself. I can get an attorney to straighten this out!

This post office literally does not deliver my packages and if they do, they’re ripped open and my items are stolen and I’m told there’s nothing that can be done. I’m told my items are out for delivery and then get marked as available for pickup instead of being delivered, when the rest of my mail is being delivered at the same time. Not sure if my items are being stolen or what’s going on, but use a different office if you want to receive your mail.

Post office is lazy and rude wont deliver packages and make you constantly pickup at office instead of walking to your door. Supervisors are no help and are rude, they have no consideration for those who can't make it to the post office during business hours.

They lost a $300 package that was sent to me. I never got the parcel locker key. This is why I try to never order from companies that only offer USPS shipping.

This post office have not been delivering my mail properly lately. My UPS packages nor any of my packages that I've been ordering online. I've had to call and reorder my things. If this issue continues to happen I will call someone of higher authority or maybe a lawyer have them look into it. This is ludacris!

Carrier through my package out the window of the vehicle onto the pavement in the middle of my driveway. Lazy and inconsiderate. Needs to be fired.

This office is most unprofessional, inconsiderate and antagonistic group of people that I have ever dealt with. They do not call you back, they do not leave a certified mail slip in your mail box, the do not pick up packages that have been scheduled for pick up. They will lie to your face and talk about you behind your back and have the nerve to smile in your face. I believe that our money could be better used than to pay for disrespect and dishonest employees.

The post man constantly leaves my packages in wrong mailbox, I have called several times to inform the post office about the situation, I was waiting for an order that cost me $50 and I haven’t received it. It was delivered on 9/17/21. I have also received several of my Niegbor’s mail in my mailbox. It’s frustrating to keep have this problem.

I was supposed to have received a package yesterday it said was delivered in my mail box locker and I never received it. I filled a complaint and hopefully some one fixes the problem so it won't happen to other people!

Failed to deliver package at community mailbox. No message left. Had to check tracking. Message directed me to pick up my package at the post office. That’s 30 minutes from my home. And it’s YOUR job to deliver it to ME. I could have driven to the store I ordered the product from and picked it up myself in less time. USPS can’t compete with private parcel delivery companies.

Rude people. There is no need to have a nasty attitude with a complete stranger. It's ridiculous that people like this are still employed. Made my move to this city horrendous.

Still waiting for my mail to arrive at my mail box since new one got put in getting old going to post office every day so I can get my mail

They dont even accept packages until they sort through the ones they steal! I'm getting the whole team fired

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO PO BOXES AVAILABLE, NOT EVEN YOU CAN RESERVE IT, FEELS LIKE THIS POST OFFICE IS FOR POPULATION 1980-S. IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ASAP! MORE PEOPLE MOVED! MORE POXES AND SERVICES NEEDED. THE ONLINE PO BOX SERVICE IS POOR AS WELL - THEY CHERGET 5 TIMES FOR THE PO BOX FROM MY CREDIT CARD- BUT NO RECEIPT CONFIRMATION. LIKE A PIROTS. 1800S

USPS does excellent work for our community. Some unavoidable hiccups here and there, but they've done well by me innumerous times and that more than makes up for the outliers.

They do a very good job at delivering my packages of things I want to return to a company, the staff is very nice and Are Very Helpful. I have had no problems with them, and they bring my packages to my door when I order something of value.
They do their job and I am very Thankful to them.

Usps man doesn't want to delivery mail. He always saids there is No access. When there is access to my mail box. This is happening a lot lately.

Said they didn't have access to deliver my package. Was home and my driveway is wide open. Excuses. They are the embodiment on why usps is broke.
