When you sent packages to Europe it is very pricy
Other than that it is decent prices. Nice service.

I’ve sent a package to this address before with no problems. However, this postal office stated I didn’t include the “unit #” on the package, so instead of calling the shipper and asking: they attempted to deliver it about 3 times knowing they’re not going to and then processed a return to sender. When I look up the address for that business it doesn’t specify the unit # soooo… how would I know? Especially when I’m across country smh. One phone call to the shipper and it could’ve been resolved.

Service is what you’d expect from the post office - it could be worse. This location isn’t currently built for the do-it-yourself automated box, but it would really help to have one since a line forms quickly and business can be done with it after hours or with the long line instead of going to the Carmel Mountain location. Also, this location doesn’t often check how long the line is or properly staff for it.

I go the Ramona Post Office and the Poway Post Office. I love the fact that the Poway location so conveniently located right on Midland, one block off Poway Road and that the Postal workers are always friendly and efficient. If you need postal supplies, they have it all. There is a convenient outdoor drop window to alleviate people just picking up. It shortns the line. There is also a convenient drive through drop off for both regular mail and priority items. It's your one stop Postal stop.

Terrible delivery service! They damaged package and don’t have any responsibility for this! If you want it will be compensated, you MUST buy insurance by your self. Don’t use there service without insurance!

I been renting a PO Box for almost a year now. I can honestly say the staff is excellent, great customer service, helpful to your needs, cheerful. Place over all clean and neat. What I like it’s fast and easy. Everyone in a good mood not like the poway DMV.

The PO in Poway have had some of the best employees that I have ever done business with. The employees are very professional they have always treated me with a friendly smile and treated me with the utmost respect.

Woman at the front desk was very helpful! Even offered to help me repackage my Flat Rate after it was stuffed too big. Small indoor area can lead to some crowding, but the lines normally move fast. Lots of parking, separate drive through area for out the window drop offs. Airy outdoor PO Box area. Separate exit and entrance, so keep your eyes peeled the first time you stop by!

Worst delivery ever. Wont ever bring the package to our door and instead leaves a note to pick it up at the postal office. Its reported as our house is inaccessable. Multiple delivery trucks, our sports cars, among many other vehicles can make it. Their laziness is beyond belief

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was never delivered. When I called to ask them where it was they told me they never received the package even though their tracker says they were in possession of it 3 days ago. Now there is another entry on the tracker saying its "moving within the USPS transit system" but with no location or time on the entry. They are still saying Amazon still has my package and never delivered it to them even with tracking saying that they received and another saying it is within their system somewhere.

I went in to get a money order on the 31st for rent which is due on the first. The old Filipino lady that helped me insinuated that the amount of my money order request was too high and I was trying to scam her. And then said she could only do it if I had a debit card or cash. Well good thing I planned on using a debit card but then she accused it of being a credit card. Sorry I have pink hair and people just assume I’m up to no good because of how I look. Which is unprofessional and rude. Once I told her it was for rent she told me “we just have a limit on how much a money order can be. And yours is a high amount so it’s suspicious” seriously? !? It’s the first of the month and we live in Southern California!
