United States Postal Service reviews
18Horrible customer service, my package delivery left on hold because the mailman forgot to deliver my package, and waited 2 hours standing for the supervisor that was on a supposed "call" and never came. They don't even try to help
Nice enough staff but they close early when the hours clearly say 5pm, 5 mins before the doors are already locked.
Used to be a great post office. Since Luis Dejoy put his claws on it, he locked and made the drop off blue boxes small. So cant drop anything after 6pm. Whats the use? Prices raised and delivery slowed. He dismantled automation equipment. He intends to lay off more people. Aims to destroy US post office so his other stocks in other logistics companies take market share. Raising prices everywhere. They need to remove that capatalist guy before its too late. Another becon of the US destroyed.
5 years ago: Very easy to get to. Ample parking and a drive through drop off. Lobby open 24 hrs. Good old fashioned reliable postal service.
My preferred post office, very friendly clerks although it is always so busy but they keep calm.
I took my passport photo in the near by plaza from the Aim Mail Center because it was not working in the post office! Also they don't do notary in this post office.
This is my first amazing time in USPS, Cherene was great and helpful.
She took the ownership to help clients in the line efficiently.
Thank you.
George
The Laguna Niguel post office has always been good to me:)
Thank you for all you do since 1982.
I always enjoy visiting you.
Do not use this office. They steal your mail.
I am at the OC Sheriff right now filing a police report for the crime which is the first step for legal action. In addition, when clients, the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board, and other legal entities want to know why I have not replied to their mail I will show them the police report filed for the crime.
I have the police report showing the date I was told by 3 men at this location, that they took my mail.
I have the proof of payments made for the PO Box, all made on autopay thru the USPS website per my contract. When I went to pick up mail there was a card in my box saying the item was too large and to go to the clerk. You can see a picture of the card attached to this review; Keith took it from me in the office, even though it had been delivered to my PO BOX, as you can see with my PO Box one would not give me the card, but I took the photo before he took it from me.
The only thing in the box was this card. If my mailbox was so full as they told me.the box should have been completely stuffed with mail. It was not. They simply threw away/stole all of my mail. This was pointed out to me by the sheriff who took the report.
The first clerk told me that another clerk had "sent it all back" never having permission in the contract to take possession of my mail. I am filing a complaint with every consumer protection agency for a Federal offense of stealing mail from a PO Box as well as the police report.
This post office has gone from being outdated and inefficient to now being outright corrupt. Keith Ambrose said he was the acting postmaster.he had nothing official like a name tag, or business card.and did not even want to give me his name. I asked him where in the contract I signed does it give him the legal authority to take a person's checks, business documents, health insurance documents, His response "Everybody knows". How does this guy even get paid to do a job where his answer is "Everybody knows" It is not in the contract; they just stole it. In addition, they charged me for my PO Box.for not providing any service. I also contact local media who investigate consumer complaints like this one.
I have been to a lot of postal offices, This is the best postal office with excellent customer service, sales associate Larry is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable, I highly appreciate his professionalism.
The USPS is a joke. You are unable to talk to anyone over the phone just to ask a simple question, and if you go to the actual post office, you get the same as over the phone; no answers. At least over the phone you don't have to deal with the nasty attitude. It's long over due to dismantle the USPS and turn this service over to private carriers, who actually have to compete for business and will treat the people they serve as customers rather than annoyances.
We took our son here to get a new passport and Jung was so sweet and even gave our kids a lollipop as a prize for waiting patiently. It’s so rare to see such friendly customer service, especially compared to previous experiences at other post offices. I will definitely come back to this location anytime we need to renew our kids passports in the future.
We went to get a passport application finalized here and Liem was so wonderful! We forgot to make a photocopy of a license and he did it for us. We had such a personable and pleasant experience, we’d come back just to say hi!
Very poor upper level management, with an angry, entitled attitude. The Asian male supervisor would not give me his name, and yelled at me, actually yelled across the entire floor in front of all the customers, why did I want his name, he didn't do anything. It was so unprofessional. He has no concept of mitigating situations that have gone bad, even when he has personally witnessed my two failed appts with no receipt from the kiosk, probably needs more paper? He simply denied processing me after waiting for him to come out from the back for 1/2 hour, and there was no line. He remembered me from the first time I came in and wasn't on the list and this was the 2nd time. All ego and chip on his shoulder. The worst for upper level management. A pattern will develop in these reviews, I'm sure.
The whole customer service has disappeared. They do not know how to forward mail and they talk top you like is your fault. The manager (male) don't know his name. Was yelling at an old woman before me. When my turn came he also tried to raise his voice. I had to leave. I'm sure I won't have any mail for the next years to come. There is no justice.
I was treated like it was my fault for moving.
Absolutely the most disappointing experience with a Post Office ever. I recently moved to the area, 4 months ago and have been sending out packages every week. Many sit in thus office for over a week before they are processed and sent on to the next station. They have even lost a package. It's easy to see from tracking that they just don't do anything with the packages. I have to use a different Post Office to make sure my packages are processed in a reasonable time.
USPS at Laguna Niguel services are terrible! We have been standing in line for 39 minutes with one person serving at counter. Over 12+ people waiting in line! No sense for what customer services mean! No wonder USPS is always bankrupt asking for money from government
The outside mail boxes seem to be always stuffed. They need to monitor them better. It is unsafe to allow letters to be removed by the people who follow.
Pretty poor upper level management and customer service. I haven't ever left more frustrated and angry It was my first time to get my passport and the lady Is working there it’s really unprofessional and aggressive and she was so mad
Rescheduled a redelivery date on 3/13/20 for 3/14/20 and was confirmed in email, did not receive on 3/14/20. Poor management.
