So quick, clean, and multiple tellers. I love this USPS. It took me less than 5minutes to get in and out. Only two people in line when I got there. Robert was so nice to check my package weights, get my receipt, and check if I needed stamps (something I always forget). Their priority boxes were stocked too, some locations I've been to would have three boxes left. Lots of open parking on a Tuesday.

Haven’t had any problems with this post office yet but the lines can be long sometimes. They need to have more variety of stamps inside their vending machine.

My grandma tried to send me a package and she paid $100 for express shipping just for the package to never get here. I still have not received the package and she sent it November 25. They refuse to give her a refund as well which does not seem fair considering she paid $100 expecting for my package to get here the next day. All they have told us is that they must have accidentally scanned it with the wrong packages but that does not help whatsoever. I would not go here

I had soo many packages lost from this office. Some one is not doing his/her job. Becareful when leaving your packages here They won't scan them and steal them.

Excellent service. The passport office was empty and there were other people waiting, after 10 minutes Kumar came in, apologized for the delay due to the original passport employee not being available. He was soo extremely helpful and patient with the people before me and explained everything when it was my turn. He walked me through everything, I was so nervous and anxious but he was very professional and helpful. If you need help with your passport or mail he's your guy! Super nice and does an amazing job!

I mostly go to this location as its near to my apartment and I feel all associates are nice and helpful. On a occasion they stayed late as I have miscalculated the shipping rates for the flat rate box.
I recommend this loaction.

I would've given it 5 stars as it had been my go - to PO for over a decade, but since 1.5 months ago my mailbox was broken into and I lost many things.checks, cards, packages, I gonna have to contact the inspector General to get this sorted out and compensated.it had gone downhill in terms of security.no one steals from me and get away with it and definitely going to Hell.be careful hobos hanging around there closed hours.

The asian man sit at the corner next the passport office is horrible.i think his name is HUE.he talked nonsense too much, dont know anything and terrible customer service.never come here even the cut off time is 5 pm, you arrive in front of him 4: 15, he will charge double fee and show you wier fee on sceen.i argue with him many times already.only the vietnamese guys and all ladies are nice and tried to give you good service

They play upbeat music and the wait time was short.
An employee (maybe a manager) walked around helping people! The clerks have a sense of humor and go out of their way to make sure you're happy.

Just finished sending my packages. I was really worried at first because of the rating but I found this location is be excellent. The sale associated was so kind and nice. I rarely ever send out anything so I was very clumsy and had a lot of questions. She treated me with so much kindness. I really appreciated it. I personally really like this place. Highly recommended!

This 5 star review is specifically for Angie up in the front. Normally I hate coming to usps (too confusing for young people) but Angie went above and beyond to help me. Was very sweet and helpful, all with a great attitude. I appreciate her very much!

This is the second time this week of 5/18/2022 that the mail man leaves my mail on the floor we have mail slots on our doors in our apartment complex on orange tree apartments on Taft St yet he decides to throw it on the floor exposing any private information. My mail slot was not blocked or stuck it works perfectly fine.

Alert! They are stealing the mail in the PO BOXes and they are also putting the letters in the wrong po boxes.

The worse post office ever. I recently moved to the area & right at the 1st time of using posting service at this location, mailed out 2 small packages priority 2 days delivery but after 10 days I checked back & the tracking info still not on the system. The manager lied that the usps website system went down that is why they did not show the details (I immediately check different package that were mailed from my company, the website works normally) until now they still in possession one of my packages & not be able to allocate it? !
Staffs & especially the branch manager here are not honest, they meant & sneaky! There is potentially staffs or managers stole the package. I need police inspection immediately

Lost my package, don’t even know why they’re acting like it’s still going to deliver, it hasn’t left your offices in over a week. If you ever have the misfortune of your package going through this office, just expect it to be lost. Seems like a reoccurring issue with this location.
