This particular location has MAIL THIEVES! THEY STEAL PEOPLES PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! THEY STOLE W2'S AS WELL AS OTHER TAX DOCUMENTS. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY ARE CROOKS!

Too many of my pkgs show delivered but not so! Spending time tracking! Ridiculous! You guys have a problem that needs to be fixed!

Horrible experience! I had an envelope I had reused from a package I received previously and the clerk insisted I had to pay for the envelope, that I had gotten from the closet of my house. I even peeled back the label to show it had been used before, but she said that's just the tracking number. Should have asked to talk to a manager. I hope I never have to go there again.

There is room for improvements especially with the mail people who deliver it. As for McGray (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was amazing and made my visit quick. My package was taken by the mailman when it strictly said to leave if no response to which he took and marked delivered. Unfortunate events but he and the lady whose name I didn’t catch but was there when I first asked about my stolen package were amazing thank you to them.

Let me start off by saying the second person that helped us was amazing. The one star is for the initial customer service we received by a woman in there whose name starts with an S. I get everybody has bad days but this lady‘s attitude should not be tolerated and as a direct reflection on your already bad reviews. I certainly hope management addresses this. I was in there yesterday to get passports for my kids we arrive 15 minutes early checked in with her and from the moment we checked in she had a PO look on her face. Every response to questions I had was met with an attitude. She wouldn’t even let my kids smile when they took their passport photo. When I confronted her about her attitude she told me that I needed to change mine and she didn’t have one.

The mail service is horrible in this area. Carriers leave incomplete delivery attempt notices - no idea who/what/why/when - they don't check any of the boxes, don't give you a clue why the package couldn't be delivered. People who have immune disorders ask for deliveries for a reason. The lines at the USPS are always long, people aren't wearing masks.

Staff is friendly. Didgive 5 stars as there's been multiple mix ups in our PO box over the years.

The ladies are always nice to me there. There was even a time I forgot tape that one of them offered me some when I asked.

However the lines are always long T_T

Can always get your money orders in pick up your mail if you need it staff is friendly and professional

Team members here are always 100% courteous and professional. Parking is easy and plentiful.

My mail carrier is always leaving other people’s mail at my house, and it’s not even for my address. I’ve even gone into the post office to let them know but they didn’t seem to care and it still continued. So I’m sure my mail gets dropped off to other peoples houses. Just this Saturday I was expecting a package with a worth of almost $100. The mail man delivered it to my neighbors house. I had to go asking for it because my husband had seen something delivered over there but not to us. Luckily they have it back to us, but opened. I don’t trust ordering stuff online anymore if they can’t deliver it to where it’s supposed to go! Come on post office, take pride in your work!

I just want to say to people calling mailman’s lazy that they don’t get out the car or as to why they put NO SECURE LOCATION to the apt. It’s because it’s so ghetto over there there’s not one place that’s a SECURE LOCATION in that area. Why you think Saturdays isn’t open like other cities.

AGAIN! Drop off boxes in front of post office are blocked in the slots with debris and miscellaneous sticky stuff. Wish they would clean them out. Most likely the local street people blocking them so they can steal your mail. I brought it to their attention but no one cares

The postal delivery driver does not bring mail to your house. He is so lazy he marks NO SECURE LOCATION to the apt.office which is not even the correct address on the package. I waited at my house for hours to get my package.this happened twice.he even sent package back to sender after 1 st attempt. Come on post office get your s**t together.

They claim that they attempted to deliver my package but never showed up. I was in my garage, with it open, at the time they say they "attempted" to deliver. It is a new housing development but Door Dash, Mathis Brothers, and Lowe's can find my house but the US POSTAL SERVICE can't? Wow! You guys are lazy and liars

Looking at Social post keeping information on people what they say on the internet is not your job please do your job you don't do that very well you need to concentrate more on what you're doing unless on what the general public is doing

PSA! This Post office is a joke. So anyone can walk into this post office, say they live at your home and lay claim to all your mail and put it on hold for pickup in person. There’s no verification process. All they have to do is fill out a simple form, which the office doesn’t even keep record of? ! Also manager Lorraine just needs to be fired. She’s rude and didn’t seem to care about the situation. Even after I notified her that the person does not live at my residence and to stop handing the person our mail, someone was still handing the person our mail! I suspect it was her. The other manager Francisco is unprofessional, but he at least gave us a number to report incidences. The managers don’t even what’s going inside their own branch. It also seems theres a big lack of communication. After this experience, I hope the Usps is dismantled.

My carrier has no idea how to follow simple instructions. I specifically asked for it to be dropped on my porch not to be put at the office now I can’t get my package till Monday it would’ve been nice to have my new facemask for work today since my old one is too loose and those blue ones don’t fit me right but because They are incompetent I have to wait

Driver refuses to get out of vehicle for medical packages. This has happened multiple times where I had to find transportation to get my medical supplies because the driver couldn't be bothered to actually deliver them. I was home the entire time to receive these packages and there were no barriers for the driver to get into my property to safely deliver the package. Either the driver doesn't want to do their job or they are intentionally discriminating against a disabled veteran.
