United States Postal Service, Corona CA

A lot of very rude people. I figured out why though. They are civil servants, they can talk to you any way they want without the threat of being fired. It takes a lot to fire them, so why should customer service be a priority. If I spoke to my customers this way I would be fired.

I received my mail yesterday afternoon but I think all the mailers should just mail the right stuff I got mail from my neighbor and mine on my mail box come on

The passport clerk is very bad service!
I just want to call my friend make sure the delivery date
He is very rude tell me you don't have much more time then before i confirm the delivery date he choose the 3 days delivery for me…
I can't imagine this is a national postal office

I had app to renew my passport but the person who was in charge behaved and talked very rude. However I was on time according to my app he refused to accept me and said they won’t do any passport service after 2: 00 pm

Sonia has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. How is this lady still working?

This is the main post office for Corona. It appears a little older in appearance. The staff are efficient and fast in addressing the customers and public with their needs. There isn't a separate counter for picking up mail.

I personally drop off mail at this post office and it never seems to make it out. Someone please explain to me how it goes missing and never makes it to it's destination?

Terrible info site. Need local phone not national. This location is not forwarding my mail as requested and paid for over 2 weeks ago. Found mail stuffed in old box and soaking wet. Unexcussable.

I really wish I could leave zero stars! I’m guessing by the amount of bad reviews, a lot of people feel the same way! The lady in the corner (i’m assuming is Martha) is terrible! I go in there sometimes to drop off packages and she is rude every single time! She obviously hates her job, but geez lady no need to treat everyone bad like the a**** you are! Do better!

Wonderful employees at this location. My wife and I just moved from Corona to Norco and an important package that required a signature had gone to the old address. My wife called and a lady named Sandra answered and went to the trouble of locating the package and even calling her back multiple times to let her know the status. Sandra went above and beyond to find and hold this important package for us and we really appreciate her! The other employees working when my wife picked up were also very friendly and helpful. The location is clean and well lit. Very glad to have these caring individuals working at a USPS so close to us.

Just came here for child passport after 1 month waiting. The woman named Elva is so rude, unreasonable, unprofessional, simply didn't want to do her job. She should got fired, there are many more good people out there need a job! She's so stupid, demanding for an original copy of my kid birth cert, when I bring my legitimate copy, my kid expired passport, even her ssn card, plus both parents present with ID why would she need original birth cert? ! It's not even said on the ds11 form itself! How much more you want to prove relationship when parents and kid there?

The lady in the corner is the absolute worst. She is a nightmare and should be fire immediately. I do not get how this office still opens with the amount of negative reviews it got. Save yourself a trip. Go somewhere else. This place is totally trash

The ladies who work here are extremely rude… never coming back here again. I’d recommend going somewhere else

Martha has terrible service and is very rude! I went to ship a package out and she tells me that I cannot fold a priority soft mailer and need to refill out of the label, I’ve done it thousands of times! Insists that I refill out the label and stand in line again, I did it Martha’s way and went back in line to mail it for her to literally see I’m next and decides that going on to the floor to clean up where there was no trash at all and act like she was straightening was more important than helping me.
Dhiraj helped me and the rate was much higher than expected for priority and so I decided to fill out a different mailer, get in line once again and as soon as I’m up, Martha puts a sign up as I’m the only guest left in line she decides to go to lunch when it would of taken 2 minutes to ring me out. I let her know I’ll leave a negative review and she thanks me sarcastically and goes over to her manager before clocking out to explain that I’m the rude one. Instead of the manager coming over to apologize on her own, I asked for her to speak to me. Dhiraj gets 5 stars for being the only one that has compassion and understanding of good service. No surprise that I came to leave a review which I RARELY take the time to do and there is only a 1.7 star rating for this location. I can see why.

Excellent service and friendly employees. I just wish they had more supplies available. For example, the priority mail address label.

The reviews speak for themselves, some of the workers. Switch back and forth from this office to the one off California.

Well, seems like most here want to complain about bad customer service. Reading some of these it sounds like people who didn’t have all their passport papers & documents (which you should have before hand), came near closing time, had issues with their packages, or were being rude to the workers. A piece of advice: be nice to them and they will do their best to help you. This USPS is usually slammed in the afternoons and after work hours, so your best bet to get questions answered is to go there yourself instead of the phone.

I’ve had a PO Box at this location for several years now, and all the staff is very helpful so long as you have the manners and patience to be nice to them. It’s really not that hard. The only small issue I have is with their hours not being updated on Google. The lobby is only open when there are workers there, no extended hours.

The women who lied about being the supervisor was completely rude, condescending, and horrible. She constantly interrupted me when I talked, always spoke with an attitude and had the nerve to hang up on me. She is beyond disrespectful and rude. I am so sorry you are such a low life and a loser that you have to take out your miserable life on other people. Learn how to treat people with respect you piece of s h i t

Came to this post office to drop off some boxes for the mailing service. I was able to get in and out very quickly because the clerks were very fast.

In addition to mailing packages, I bought some stamps and the clerks were very attentive and detailed.

The lobby was spotless and the trash cans were empty.
