I went to this post office today 10/11/2022 and come to find out that the counter window services is closed until further notice. Seems that they only had one worker that worked the counter window (Mr Garcia) and he is no longer there. Maybe he retired.

There's the cheapest way to ship packages they're cheaper than FedEx and UPS and the people are usually nice you can also ship out of the country I just happen to wander over here but I forgot they were closed today.

The worst service ever, personel doesn't care about complaints.so many people asking about missing mail or late delivery. Hoping the supervisor read this review because I tried to talk with him but the employees just keep me waiting for 40 mins and nobody appears. The website isn't working too, definitely USPS has not control of their employees.

Terrible customer service. They did not deliver my package. I scheduled a redelivery, and they still didn't deliver it. I do not own a vehicle, which is why I paid for shipping and handling in the first place. I should not have to pay for shipping and handling, and then pay extra for an Uber/Lyft to pick it up myself. I called the branch several times and no one answers the phone.

The older workers here are very kind and caring. They take their job serious and do it well.

This place is horrible. Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. My package was incorrectly scanned by their driver and had a status of being held at my request. I never made the request. The rude guy at the counter told me it would be delivered but it never arrived. Had to get both the seller and UPS involved before my package was located. AT THE LOCATION. Terrible place.

Online Sellers Beware; Post Office doesn't scan packages, and they let the packages sit out all day. If you put a different origin zip code than 90033 on a prepaid label, and have to drop-off here, they will send the package to the origin facility zip to be mailed instead of just mailing it themselves. There's no parking, and the building is dilapidated. It seems like the workers are being intentionally bureaucratic to be difficult, because the customers have to follow rigid guidelines in order to successfully ship here while the employees apparently wear and do whatever they feel like. Every time we go here to drop-off packages we wish we didn't, and had gone to another Post Office. I'm only writing this to remind myself how bad this place is in case I forget. Our mail delivery person is excellent however, go figure.

1 No parking is not an issue, it just the lock of availability to receive service at the window.no consideration to the customers. I will probably will not go there any more

I wish I could give it 0 stars! How is it possible that my packages appear 3 days later! It's amazing since they are a post office! This is the last time I leave my packages there!

10 people in line. One window open. Four postal workers just talking and laughing inside not doing anything.

IF YOU CAN PREPAY POSTAGE, DO THAT. RIGID MAILERS? GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN.

This is my local office. Ive been selling items online since maybe 2016. Have only had a handful of issues (all resolved and during COVID) with tracked packages. HOWEVER when it comes to items (usually 1,5*7 paper) mailed in rigid mailers with. 75cent postage (I use stamps). It's always hit or miss at this location. This is the ONLY office that does return to sender When I mailed these specific items. I know the man who does this as well. My item is bendable BUT also has the right non machinable postage.but I guess that's up to the discretion of whoever's sorting through that day. I have to go out of my way to the main USPS by Central to get the bigger lot of these mailers out because I don't want to deal with the returns.

Our local post office people DELIVERING have been working for the community for years and there's no issue with them JUST who ever handles the mail behind the glass. I avoid the window as much as possible as I usually get attitude. It's a mixed batch. Definitely some nice people too (I've been helped by a nice lady and a nice man before).

4 windows available for operation, but only one window open for service EVER. Always seems to be the case causing a long line and excessive cars in the small parking lot.

Normally I would have no complaint as i receive 3-10 packages a week at my address through this post office. And all of the mail and packages are delivered to the reception/mailroom/office.but this evening around 7: 20pm I received a notification that my item was "delivered in or at mailbox" there isn't even a outside mailbox at this building.where was my package delivered to?

I love this post office I've been going there since I was a lil girl. Great customer service.

My mail has arrived tampered more than twice, I always bring it up to the attention of the post office employees but they don’t seem to care. I’m pretty sure other USPS locations have better work ethics, but I cannot vouch for this location.

This place is garbage. They dont scan packages when you drop them off, and when you ask them to help you figure it out they gaslight you.

Been trying for 2 and half months to get a package they claimed they delivered. Have made 4 claims and spoken to only 1 person who never returned my call. Had to make a fifth claim wish me luck.

They arecoirteous and friendly here. A far cry from other POs in Los Angeles. Four stars because the parking is not all that great. Brenda is fine, btw. Very engaging. She is the one who gave a good impression. She has personality and shows it, that's all

I love our little post office. I recently went to do an ebay return and couldn't print the label because the library was closed because of covid. Jennifer was very helpful and helped me get it shipped back. Everyone is very friendly. Sometimes there is a line but the wait usually isn't long.
