15I paid for postage and the lady must have done something because I was charged an additional 7.75 upon delivery, very nasty ladies working there
Parking near the post office is limited. There should be some designated post office parking for quick drop offs. It’s very inconvenient to have to park 5 mins away and walk over. It’s always busy with a line out the door. There’s two kiosks to scan packages but both have been broken for a while now. I loved being able to scan and drop off but that doesn’t give you peace of mind if it’s not working.
Alice was the most sweet and wonderful person behind the counter ive ever interacted with, especially as a disabled person, genuinely so so helpful.she literally walked all the way into the customer area to help me find the right package and then helped me package and tape it all with a beautiful smile. Wishing her as lovely of a day as she gave me. ️
These potholes make you buy tape, they dont give out tape for free. Dont go here. Go to porter ranch one they give free tape, its there on the table.
My first time here and omg is one of THE BEST post office I've visited in the valley. They are so friendly and clean Aida and Jay were amazing, very helpful and answer all my questions about a package i was sending international. I will definitely go out of my way to came back.
Go to Mail and Ship HUB 5 stores down towards Burlington Coat Factory.
For all shipping needs. Avoid the USPS hassle.
What a terrible office, took me a good 6 minutes just to find parking. When I finally walked in the line was at least 16 patrons deep so I decided just to place my envelope into the shoot but it was so stuffed that I couldn’t put it in without it being easily removed by anyone. What a waste of time, now have to drive to the next office.
Overnighted a package took four days. Wich is not a fault of the local post office. I have come to expect much better performance from USPS.
I have been going to this post office for years. It is obvious to me that the postal worker are doing their very best and sometimes under difficult circumstances. I am grateful for their hard work and dedication.
All the clerks working in this office are very kind, professional and helpful! Yes, sometimes there a
Is a line and you have to wait 10-15 before being served, but the staff does everything they can not to make you wait longer than you have to.
I have a PO Box at this post office they are very nice very helpful one of the staff members Aris is always able to help me out sometimes they get too crowded so it’s kind of hard to work with but overall they are very nice place and they are local in the valley which saves me a lot of time from having to go to other places that are too far
The people working at the Granada hills post office do a wonderful job! In the face of a pandemic and the Pres.messing with everything there, they soldier on!
All the staff in Granada Hills are very helpful especially Alice, she's so friendly and i just wish all USPS branch have the same customer service. One more thing, USPS is a lot cheaper as compared to Fedex, Alice even suggested something to make it more affordable. Keep it up!
I’VE HAD A PO BOX AT THIS LOCATION FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND REALLY APPRECIATE THE COURTESY AND KINDNESS THAT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. AN ADDED BOON IS THE ABILITY TO RECEIVE PACKAGES HERE. I THINK SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE UNFAIR AS I’VE NEVER BEEN TREATED RUDELY. WHEN THE LINE IS LONGER IT MOVES PRETTY FAST.
The absolute worst customer service experience. The workers were so rude and condescending. They belittled me and embarrassed me in front of everybody waiting in line. Going to thoroughly enjoy writing the usps consumer advocate department a letter. Yes, you might be a government employee with tenure and job security but that does not give you the permission to treat another human being like a piece of gum stuck on the bottom of your shoe. This is specifically aimed at the older, female Asian worker and her buddy. Just abominable, literally shaking!
