Straightforward, but sometimes slow at weekday lunch time due to 2 people serving 8 to 10 people.

Good service from the gentleman working here. HOWEVER, every time I come here, I help to translate for another Armenian-speaking customer. How is it that a business in Glendale, where a third of the residents speak Armenian, there are no Armenian-speaking workers here?

Woman was rude and didn't want to listen to my issues at all. Just kept telling me condescendingly 'not here yet, come back'. It's now been over a month and I still don't have my package or any information. Employees actively don't care.

Spent 15 minutes calling their bot line and waited for 20 minutes just for the staff to hang up on me before letting me say a single word. I’ve never dealt with people this useless and lazy.

I believe u have to be a little psycho to to work here. Every worker here is mentally unstable. I will highly recommend, not coming here. The staff needs a sanity test. I never understood how government jobs land with people who move as slow as possible and have the worse attitudes.

Horrible service in this location, They don’t care how long the line is,
They operate one register only.
Anything you ask you get a non friendly answer most of their answers tell you, we don’t want to help.
Specially that Armenian guy Edmond he is so rude and that Asian lady with half bold hair she is super slow they both never care about the speed of their service, I am kindly explaining to them that I do have job to go they didn't do time effort to address my need which was going to be handled by the SUPERVISOR ROSE then finally a super nice lady came I will add her name later she was the one who helped me at least she took my number and name with a smile on her face abd confirmed that they will call me back to solve my request of asking for a mail box key.
All glendale locations are usually like this unfortunately except for La Crescenta USPS they are the best, amazing customer service.

This place needs to get its act together. I ordered a PO box online, came here with the necessary paperwork and identification, and turned in my application. They told me to wait a week so they can verify my address, so I did. A week later, I came back and they still haven’t verified my address. So I waited one more week patiently, and they said the clerk who was working on my application was absent and told me to wait another week, so I canceled my PO box. I am going to rent a PO box from UPS instead.

Brutal, avoid this place at all costs, I don't think anyone actually works here. Stood in line at the passport door for over 90min and never saw a single employee.

Never was helped, everyone in line was frustrated, some had appts over 2 hrs ago and not a single person came to help.

Sad place. Cool building though.

After multiple post offices and website trips over two weeks trying to make a passport appointment for an emergency with no luck I went to this location, just when another worker was about to tell me they couldn’t help an Angel told me to wait until their window was open and they would help me after hearing how desperate I was. They found an appointment for me at a location two hours away a week from now and got me a back up with the federal building that I otherwise would have never found or been able to book and then genuinely asked if I was okay, I cried the whole way home at how much it meant for someone to pause and hear me and finally help, A+ for this worker!

The drop box is usually full, and if you ask them why they get offended, as of they're working for free!

Okkie was amazing.
Very helpful. I came to pick up a package I missed and didn’t have the, “we try to reach you” slip. Miraculously I had my ID with me. I walked in without a mask, like a jerk, all I had was a sweater to cover my mouth. Mask ripped as I was walking in. Okkie, walks away as soon as I went up to the window. I knew she was upset I didn’t have a mask but a sweater instead…. I didn’t blame her. She asked, “where’s your mask? ” I said, “my sweater is thicker than your mask. ” Don’t ask why I was so rude. Maybe the work day had taken its toll on me. Regardless, that was rude of me. Then immediately after I said, “ I’m sorry my masked ripped on my way over here. ” By the time I had finish my sentence she had already walked back and handed me a mask and was nothing but amazing afterwards.

Went on a Thursday at about 10: 30. There were 2 tellers and 4 people in line. I don't know where these negative reviews come from but my visit was quick. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes! It was great! Plus, lots of street parking, right in front of the building! Will definitely come back to this post office! Very clean too!

Went there Saturday afternoon, no lines, person who helped me to ship the package was nice and professional, thanks, Regina!

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. I went there from the back and the employee helped me, showed the way and then another lady who works there was incredibly helpful, packed all my parcels for me, they smile all the time. I have no idea where those negative comments coming from.

I visited here 5 times and every time I had the worst experience with customer service. I have never had issues in Los Angeles customer service in my whole life. Don’t visit them, don’t ask them questions because they shut you showing you hand signs like a dog trainer. Worst place to be in Los Angeles. Even the courthouses is way nicer than the people working in this post office. I wish I had a video to post.

HORRIBLE experience! They keep losing my items! I mailed a $200 gift card to my niece for her birthday and she never received it and I KNOW In my gut one of the workers stole it! When I went back to file a complaint, the rude lady working there who clearly hates her job was like ummm I can’t help you to file a complaint.
