So I was afraid of the negative rewievs about this post office. Here's my case: I accidentally gave wrong house number for two sellers and the packages had no such number/return to sender warning on the tracking page. I came here -closest post office- assuming that they bring it here. The lady told me that they don't even bring them here and immediately called someone and after 3-4 min.talking she said I can pick them up after 2pm. I came next morning she was very sweet and my packages are right here in my hand.

What’s happening to the post office? I have not seen any delivers. Been done to my house for the past 2 weeks three weeks plus plus I don’t get no coupons what’s going on other being stealing our coupons

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I don't understand how things have not changed here. The ladies there, you can tell have been working there forever, they have an attitude like they own the place and they are untouchable. And I saw them be rude to someone who did not know English, they are no help at all.

I sent a small package recently and the package was never received. One of the workers there was passive aggressive and this place has poor time management. Don’t recommend sending mail here.

The laziest usps employees. The lady's literally take forever with every customer.
It has been like this for years. I'm not sure why they haven't change their employees after so many bad reviews! They are rude and unprofessional specially with the latino community. They really need customer service training!

I have been dealing with this post office location for 2 days now. Employees at this location is very disrespectful and rude. I had a package I sent from New Jersey to California and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Rhonda was on the phone with the postal employee here back in Jersey. She told the clerk to denied my refund for priority mail delivery which I was promised if my package did not arrive as scheduled. Rhonda then sends me an email stating that my was being returned to the sender. Not knowing I am the one who sent the package to my fiancé. Her communication and customer service skills is horrible. Today I called to locate the postal inspector number she then goes off on the phone at me. “Saying I’m tired of you calling my office for your package I already told you that higher authority has my package and there’s nothing she can do about it. ” Repeatedly Rhonda gave me false information and advice about my package. She then tells me she doesn’t have time to deal with folks like me. I asked to speak with a manager she hands the phone to Mrs. Cooper which was rude as well. All I want them to do is return my package back to me here back in New Jersey and refund me my money back for as promised priority delivery. Still no explanation on why higher authority has my package. It’s just unprofessional service provided by this postal location.

I been expecting a package for 2 days and I haven’t received yet horrible service! Am really disappointed!

Apparently they couldn’t take my package because I forgot to take off the battery label out when I could’ve simply just covered it with a marker but nooooo

USPS is doing bad and I usually ship UPS but decided to try USPS today and its really bad. Long line, one worker only, working really extra slow. Why can't service be fast, efficient and convenient. It's LA, Angelinos are busy I'm trying to ship one package and been waiting for 30min. This is ridiculous, I'm in my lunch break.

Postal service has been affected a great deal since March, when the pandemic started. Then, something to so with Trump putting some restrictions, the wildfires, air quality due to the wildfires and the various delivery times/services.

If you have any concerns, you should direct them to the staff at your post office servicing your area. Keep in mind, depending on the days/times you visit, there'll be long lines. They do practice social distancing and you must wear a face covering or a shield.

Rhonda definitely needs customer service training. She is loud rude and hard to communicate with. As well as Jonathan her "supervisor"

USPS is doing the best they can dealing with the major changes put in place over the past few months.
Don't blame USPS itself for the actions of DeJoy, the president, and the Republican Party. THEY cut their hours and removed their mail sorting machines. USPS is doing the best they can keeping up with the changes forced upon them. Don't blame USPS, these are the repricussions due to the actions of President Trump. He's to blame for the slow mail.

They are the WORST! NEVER EVER, EVER go here - you’ve been warned! The workers are NOT helpful and the manager, Mary, is not only super RUDE.but also combative towards clients. They screwed up my P. O. Box and change of address and then blamed me for following their mistakes. Kindergartners could do a better job than these folks - I mean really mean that. Terrible place!

Today I went to the post office on Central near Vernon Ave. I needed to get a money order and a stamp, she processed my order and informed me that she was covering for someone and wasn't able to locate the stamps, I told her okay I'll see if I could find one at another store. I wasn't able to locate a stamp and I returned to the post office and she said I can put it on the scale for you and the machine will put the correct postage amount on it for me.
The lady was so nice and this is the best experience I have ever had at this post office and many others that I frequent.

I used to be able to ship my items at any time now the last box is at 3: 00pm. They sent me to another post office. What a waste of time, not okay when online it says they close at 5pm
