6They are really very fast.i make Delvry before my appointment 26 hours
Stephanie (y) is the most helpful and personable employee. Her positivity and drive in assisting me throughout my search of a costly lost envelope
has absolutely set aside any fears of reaching out to USPS in case this ever happens again. I have a lot of gratitude to the time and effort she put into helping me. Stephanie (y) if you read this, thank you so so much.
Horrible customer service, they have absolutely no care about people's pick-up needs. Making me wait for an urgent package they are holding to be delivered in 2 days, when I could have picked it up today. They're only 15 mins away and would not allow me to go pick up Smh
This distribution center is pathetic everytime my packages go through this place it takes 3 days to leave even though the the tracking shows it departs the facility 3 to 4 times a day how can something depart the same facility 7 times in 3 days. USPS should shot this pathetic facility down. And calling it pointless
Let's just say that if your package ends up at this facility even for just a stop that you can expect it to to not be delivered until way later on. I had a package depart from here for a friend's birthday and it took them A WEEK AND A HALF to actually send the thing out and therefore it was late. Really hate this facility
USPS doesn’t give workers holidays off during Christmas? Jerk whose a supervisor on 12/19/2021 said no to probation workers call the union … what a true American
