United States Postal Service reviews
10I spent about $550 dollars here today. Going to this post office is like being in a communist country. I did not get the name of the African American lady’s name but she was very rude, she just did want to be there.
This branch has lost mail 12 times since January including 2 state letters 1 federal letter 5 letters from the city of Burbank and recently a birthday card from my father who has Alzhemizer's. I am the only person with my last name in the city but N Hollywood Way USPS can't deliver mail properly to a disabled man in a hospital bed
Lost package of an important film roll and said it was out for delivery for over a week. Once I called around 2 weeks the couldn’t find it. Makes me scared to do business with the local business down the street if this location is going to continue to lose packages. This had two weddings captured on the film roll that needed to be developed. Memories lost.
The Service: Seng is the one who is helping me today. Very friendly and efficient. Knowledgable about their service and gives me good recommendation the cheapest way to ship. I am there around 5pm on weekday, short line, just 2 people in front of me. Not much wait time.
There are two self-service kiosks in the lobby. Very convenient to use during off hours. There are two more self-service kiosks inside the post office. Very useful as well.
The Parking: Private lot
The Hollywood Way location is the main post office in the City of Burbank. It Retail Hours are 9: 00am to 6: 30pm Monday thru Friday, and 9: 00am to 3: 00pm on Saturday. The mail boxes and doors are locked on Sunday.
I run a Studio and an Ebay Store. I've been using this location for years. This place has helped me become so Successful, I have the ability to do as I please in life. Rock and Roll!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking space. I go to the N. Hollywood way at least 3 times a week and am always in and out.
We used to have a regular mail carrier, but the last couple of years we seemingly have a different carrier every week. We have had mail lost (bills with resulted in late charges), mail thrown on the ground, and mail not delivered until after 7 at night. The service is terrible. When I try to call the 800 number all I get is recording and no live person to talk to. Will no need to go over to local PO to loudly complain, taking time out of my day. Not happy!
6 years later - they are still worse than ever! Have moved now so no longer need to deal with these incompetents. Good luck everyone,
They feel slightly inconvenient circumstances mean they don’t deliver any mail or you RENT A PO BOX BECAUSE THEY REFUSE. I’ve shown my yard to several other postal and government workers. They don’t believe this post office is correct. I’m finally reporting it as I can’t get a hold of them, and my father is trying to send me a Christmas card I couldn’t pick up today from them. Tired of them.
I own a small business and ship packages most days of the week. Everyone is really kind and helpful, especially when I had a bunch of questions when first moving near the area. This isn’t the closest USPS to me but I come to this location because it’s larger and feels more organized. Vince is awesome and is always trying to help everyone, especially when the lines are long. Awesome location & and great customer service:)
