Where else can you get something from here to Alaska for less than a dollar? They’re wonderful and always helpful.

We run a small business and Martha complained about the amount of packages we brought it. The excitement of getting sales just for someone to complain about doing their job. My husband had to stand there and listen to her complain out loud while she scanned 40 of our packages. I tried calling the manager there but of course no answer.

Maria is super nice. She helps me out and very patient and professional too. I’m laughing at the people crying and complaining about standing outside to wait their turn to go inside because of how small the building is. It is what it is, so go to a bigger Post Office lol.

Terrible at delivery, Terrible at customer service. Delivery is unreliable and often incompetent. Missing packages and no accountability.

Probably the worst customer service specially over the phone. First of all Mr. Alejandro whoever you are I don't appreciate you speaking the way you did you my wife. Hope you realize that call was recorded on my business line and will be willing to show to your management who you stated that they would get back to us a few days ago and still waiting for that phone call back. You have stated you lost my mail which I haven't received in almost a week when I received daily notifications on what should be arriving whether it's that day or the following day. There's no excuse on not finding someone's mail specially when it's a tax return check which I found very convenient that it's missing all of the sudden. For you to disrespect my partner and tell her to just call and cancel a check as if that's the only mail we are missing. I really hope you get what's coming to you for being very rude.

Carrier made no effort to give me my package. The delivery driver pulled up to my mail box, looked at me and drove away. I open my mail box and find a notice that my package needed to be signed but no one answered. Hello? I was right in the drive way walking up and he saw me. So I rescheduled for the next day to have my package delivered. I wait anxiously until 1 pm (the delivery time) I don’t see the driver but I go up to the mail box anyway and the driver left another notice! This time it said “I was honking at your gate but no answer”. There was no honking. I saw no one. My roommate was outside so I’m pretty sure he would’ve signed the package for me. I even gave them my number in case they needed to call me for a signature. I signed up for delivery updates but got nothing. The driver put the notice in my mail box and drove away.

This location is only getting three stars because Ms. Terinda was so very pleasant, polite and professional. She was the only clerk, the line went to the parking lot and at least two customers ahead of me left because the said they waited so long (long waits are normal here). I’m hoping this location gets an awning of some sort because we all were standing in the rain waiting. In the summer the sun is brutal while waiting. I’ve also spent a long time waiting for a package that couldn’t be found, was told I’d get a call if it was found. Never got the call, went back and waited for a long time again and the package was finally found.

Second time in a row where usps says they delivered my package to a parcel unit but no key was left and no package found. Ridiculous.

This is a small post office with limited hours of operation. With the population of Menifee exploding, this location is always a hassle to get anything done at. It seems no one works in this town and they are all hanging out at the post office.

These post people have lost multiple packages, put my expensive package in a parcel locker that was broken where anyone could just grab my package, and today they delivered my packages to the parcel locker but I have no key. So someone has the parcel locker key with my packages inside! Needless to say I know they work hard but the amount of errors is ridiculous. I’ve talked to the post masters there and it seems nothing is being done to rectify this continuous problem!

Thieves workers in Menifee USPS
We have like in Menifee for about two months, and all our parcels are not been delivered, even though the online message states that our parcels had been delivered.online, the status of our parcel says "Delivered. " We have received none of our parcels from USPS. Other people in the community are also complaining about their parcels been stolen. This is really disappointing.

It seems as if there is a thief or thieves working in the Post Office. Every day for the thief and one day for the Feds.

Really bad experience the mailman always leave the pick up notice in my mailbox make me come to pick up

My package was mailed June 16,2021and until now June 12,2021, I still don't have the right answer from them about what really happened to it.

According to them they're trying to find out what really happened to my package.
