Packages constantly go missing… probably stealing my packages…Always unprofessional and moody… Do not recommend going to this post office if your sending packages!

Kelly needs to find another job, so rude and impatient. Would not recommend this location, I felt Kelly the older worker was biased. Will never return

The energy here is always poor. Also the slowest post office I've ever been to. I only come to this location because it's 2 minutes from my house

Valley Village post office is the Epicenter of RUDENESS.one person in particular whose name I can't pronounce, he's a tall bald headed person with a heavy foreign accent.he's the rudest sob i have ever seen in any post office worldwide. He's the reason i'd never go back there, although i live 2 blocks away. So sad!

It’s a big mistake
to hire rude and unprofessional people, especially in the service department.if other employees didn’t lie to me Her name Karen (is not a tall white woman in glasses)
She threw my package on the counter and refused to send it.
She refused me to call a supervisor and disappeared inside post office.
Very Rude Person, not brought up woman offended by all people and life in general.
If you do not want if somebody to spit in your face, I recommend using the services of another post office

I am so grateful that I came to Brenda’s window today. I made a mistake with something I bought from the self service kiosk. Brenda could have easily turned me away and said she couldn’t help me. Instead, she was patient, kind, and called the other postal office to get clearance from a supervisor to help me. Brenda, your kindness and extra effort meant so much to me today especially during the holiday rush, I want to also thank Sun Lee for stepping in and providing additional assistance when there was a computer glitch. Thank you again. Good karma will definitely come back to both of you!

The staff is overworked, underpaid and 'tired'. The customers who are critical are disconnected from the employees.

Parking is around the back. You enter and exit opposite directions. Due to Covid there is a line out the door as people are six feet apart on marked floor tags. The staff are wearing masks and behind lucite walls which I think were up anyway. I don’t recall. The lines move quite quickly and most people are very polite, from the customers to the staff. Only once have I seen an employee wear a mask below their nose and that was yesterday. It was not someone at the front but a person coming from the back, non-public area, to ask a question. Hence the three stars and not five. Also they do not clean the credit card machine after each person uses it so they should provide hand sanitizer at each machine so Covid isn’t spread. It seemed crowded inside to me. Too many people. There is a limit bevause of the line, but people come in with others in their “pod” and there needs to be someone who works there monitoring the number of people inside.

Excellent customer service. Seems like a lot of the customers leaving reviews here have a pretty rude and entitled attitude.

I ordered a box of Maya’s brigadeiro to be delivered to my best friend for her birthday. This dummy gave me the wrong house number, so imagine my surprise when I get an alert from USPS that the “item was returned to sender as the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating”. Maddening.
I called this location and spoke with April asking her to hold this box so I can get it picked up. She was pleasant and worked diligently to locate the package to have it put on hold for pick up – within 10 minutes I got a call back stating she found the box and that it’s ready at the front desk. Thank you for your help April!

The workers here are so rude, smug, unpleasant and extremely UNhelpful. Someone lady/worker named "kelley" has the worst attitude every single time someone goes in there.

No safe wheelchair access from the back entrance. This is necessary since there is no access to the post office desk from the front entrance. This is unacceptable.
