16Very quick and nice service (I was helped by Ruksana)! USPS Priority Mail Boxes were available right at the entrance at your convenience.
The mail carrier for 91343 is so effing lazy. Everytime we buy from online stores, our packages never make it to us, he leaves a notice and we have to drive ALL THE WAY to this USPS and pick up our packages and mail. It isn’t fair and we’ve reported him many times and nobody does anything.
Today it was very slow. Only two people at the counter, very long lines and one guy had brought in probably 30 packages so the other employee was having to handle everyone else and it seemed everyone had a problem. Usually service is not this slow.
I come to pick up the mail for Holy cross medical center
Every day ring the bell several times no one comes and answer the door all i hear is laughing and jocking in the back post master is no where to be find and does not answer the call too.
This wasnt like this before and still when some one comes out they give you the mean look.
Is this the service the post office is supposed to be given.

Constantly missing mails, delivering my mails to other neighbors and vice-versa. Recently they lost my License renewal from DMV and 2 checks. Totally unprofessional!
Zip: 91343, the mail man is so lazy, he never takes the packages to the doors, always leaving notices that the item is “over sized” making me go to this post office to pick it up. The mail man is a bald guy who always smushes the mail inside the mail box, all envelopes are always packed in and ripped! Do better usps!
This place is very slow in processing the items. If you are in hurry, don't come here because you will be mad and disappointed.
If your package has no tracking number it simply disapear! When you have tracking number 2 things may happen, 1- Say that was delivered when nothing was indeed, 2- Note left online that mailman did not have access to the build when we have dialpad to contact. This is my case in both situations. Lost package or undeliverable. Last time with tracking number mailman stated no access to the property and in my phone there is no call from the dial pad. Why? I suspect some packages never leave the facility and they expect us to go and pickup at their location. Try to contact them by phone you stay forever in looping because no human being catch the call. UPS, Fedex and other carriers has an excellent delivery time and customer services.
Zip code 91343. In less then two weeks lost 2 packages. First package spoke to the mail Carrier he said he did the delivery never got it! Second package I was at the same time same day when the mail man got in my building saw him when he finished his job doing the delivering mail and packages. As soon he left. Received Notification in my phone that my package was DELIVERED! Never seen that package being delivered! Nothing has been resolve at the main post office!

One employee has her mask under her chin when she speaks to customers. She has even walked around her barrier to speak to a customer, less than 3ft apart, with her mask down. They don't care for the packages when they receive them, simply throw them into the bins. I mean at least wait until we're out of the building before you show us what you really do with our freight. Some employees are decent, but it's a hit and miss (more misses than hits). Their prices for shipping is also ridiculous and you have to almost always resort to your own boxes (price then based on weight) because they're limited in sizes for the pre-priced choices. I hate that a few years ago they set a base price of around $3 for all packages, no matter their weight.

Is the 3th time they misplaced my package? I always recieved a notification e-mai with the day and time.that my package is in my mailbox when I checked, surprise" is no package? Is very fustraiting and they never give me any answers.
