Just came to check the zipcode of the place but saw all these bad reviews.obviously, if you want customer service don't go to usps.that is a universal truth.however, if you have to go to usps or its the most convenient, the workers at this location have been the nicest and most straightforward workers I've seen in a usps in my entire life.my wife and I are moving, so she's selling a ton of her clothes online.ive probably come here 2-3 times a week for the last month sending packages, and its so fast and easy that seeing all of these negative reviews definitely feels like a poor representation of this usps.another time, a package had been lost in transit and so I filed a missing package report.about an hour later, the manager at this location called me and told me that it was just the mistake of a new delivery driver and that it would come the next day. I didn't expect a call, and like she said, it arrived 1-2 days later. All in all, these reviews are biased (as reviews typically are) and since its part of the government, you'll likely have to go here anyway

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I was treated so rudely and aggressively that I honestly got scared. The manager, who refused to give me her name, on a Wednesday morning, refused to help me considering two of my packages have disappeared. I had asked the mailman of my building if he knew anything about it and the employee looked stoned. I am truly disappointed and will avoid mailing my packages through USPS. Honestly, they should check who they hire because USPS might have bigger aggression problems soon.

I asked a postal counter person if this location do GENERAL DELIVERY. All she did was hand me a change of address form and didn't say anything about general delivery there. I go to another postal worker and she said they Don't Do GENERAL DELIVERY there.

UPDATE: Changing my review after a second trip to the location for the package issue. Second trip went much better. Folks seemed to be in a better mood than yesterday. The only gripe I have about this location is that there is no signage indicating where the package pickup is - nobody is going to expect a random black door that’s always locked to be where people have to go to pickup their held mail and packages. Had the signage been placed at the correct location that could’ve saved everybody all the unnecessary headache.
Also shoutout to Wanda at this location for her hard work. Good deeds must not go unrecognized.

Some rude people run the job here. I was sent here from the Santa Monica blvd USPS location (where the workers were very nice and kind so as to explain what the different service points do) and give me directions/instructions on how to go about locating my package, and these pieces of work have the nerve to yell at me for being in the wrong line for the lack of signage that is entirely their fault.

Found all front desk employees to be extremely rude and very, very, nasty. They give you mean looks and make nasty comments. Almost everyone hates this post office.

I want to ask the administration of this branch to change the employees in this branch, as these employees do not perform their duties properly, the attitude towards customers is terrible

If i could give zero stars I would. Everyone at this branch is just just super rude, all the time. Ive never had a pleasant experience doing my USPS business there in 7 years! Mail dont get delivered - maybe once or twice a week if you lucky!
Employees more on their cellphone then taking care of the customers. Not one of the employees their is willing to even do anything more than necessary.

This branch should get a "how to provide customer service" course!

Today (3/18/2023), I went to pick up my parcel.
There was a female African American employee who was extremely rude and impolite. I tried to ask her a question, but she immediately told me not to ask her anything because she didn't know what I might ask and didn't want to bother. I just couldn't understand her behavior.

Good luck if you need to come here… staff are all extremely rude. I came in with a question and before I could even finish asking it, was interrupted multiple times with them saying so and so is not possible etc. I didn’t even get to finish? Also witnessed the same happen to other customers needing help. Customers are just being talked over and before they can even ask for help, are being turned away.

Please find more fulfillment out of your jobs or at the very least, don’t take out your frustration on customers.

A driver dispatched from here, middle aged man child with bushy pony tail and goatee, tried to hit me while I was crossing the street near Olympic and bundy. He was extremely irate, yelling, and gesturing.

I'd give a 0 if it were possible, apparently the pickup hours changed to 3 which isn't shared or written anywhere and the lady mentioned this change that apparently happened a year ago like I would know their work schedule ; fun fact, pickup wouldn't have even been necessary if they just delivered the package it went from "out for delivery" to ready for pick-up, honestly bulldozing this place for a parking lot wouldn't be the worst idea

Horrible. My mail doesn’t get delivered. But I sure do get other peoples mail! No services. The worst. What do I expect… it’s the post office. Can I rate them minus 10?
