United States Postal Service reviews
16Passports schedule is very bad the web doesn’t give you many options on the dates at first it gave more dates then log me out I try again then gave me one day only but no options on the time that are available I have to guess the time instead of just showing the time that they have available I been trying for days still haven’t gotten any luck with this options is my I already went on my trip and came back ridiculous right I just want to get the card not the book passport with I think a fast pass I ask the border potros they told me it would be easier but it haven’t been easy for me at least ️
Where is the mail man he normally comes at 12noon why is he late what's going on this is terrible I need to get my check to pay my bill the mail man needs to come earlier
Rude staff, they act like they are doing you a favor.
They seem to forget that they have a job thanks to the mail we ship
Parking lot just keeps getting worse. Blue haired boy was too busy attempting to flirt with my daughter than to hear me ask for stamps. Re-did my transactions 3 times since he kept forgetting to charge.
Zero accountability. Our mail 'person' constantly puts packages in the wrong mailbox at our apartments and I cannot rely on getting items that I have purchased, or important government documents (license plates, etc). Robo customer service line is 100% useless.
Been coming here for years and it seems like the attitude of some of the employees progressively gets worse. The customer service is horrible with employees treating you like you're bothering them, with the exception of a few. I believe his name is Joe that I spoke to today, he was very helpful professional and polite. He played the part very well and all in all has probably been the most polite and professional employee that I've come into contact there with over the last 14 years. The blue haired man working with him who looks completely unprofessional for his profession, (flat top dyed blue) was completely rude and degrading to a lady in line. I was listening the way he was speaking to her and it was almost if he was talking down to her like he was irritated or something. He spoke to her in such a condescending tone it was irritating for me another customer in line just to listen to it. She was trying to tape up a package and handed the tape roll back to Joe when the blue haired gentleman literally said, "you need to stop being so nice to them". Why? Why not go out of your way to help the customer? Since when did customer service, just general politeness and professionalism completely leave the service industry? The lady was already frazzled from the negative degrading way she was being treated, then is spoken about in a degrading manner to another employee right in front of her. Completely unacceptable. This employee not only needs retraining but probably relocation to position where he doesn't have to deal with the general public. The employees attitude and behavior was disgusting. The post office should be doing everything they can to keep customers coming to them not chasing them away to UPS, FedEx and every other competitor. With behavior like this it makes sense why the post office is not doing well financially. I for one will never go to the blue haired man's line after hearing how he spoke to that lady. I'll gladly wait for someone like Joe. This employee should not work there if he does not like his job and quite frankly at this point should be removed from his position all together. The post office and all service Industries for that matter need more employees like Joe and less like the other man. I hope they read this and do something about it. I doubt they will but at the same time this type of behavior needs to be addressed as it is not what any business should tolerate.
I go to this post office everyday and my main reason is because the people that work there are amazing!
The gentleman that helped me mail 8 things today was so helpful! Made nice small talk and was very kind. The other two clerks also seemed very kind as well. I went to the other USPS in Murrieta previously and the clerks were very rude and not helpful. So I’m surprised this one has such bad reviews in comparison!
Wow looking at all these bad reviews I feel terrible for the people that work at this post office that I have been going to for 8 years and have never had an incident whatsoever! People get a grip they are humans not machines!
I visited the Post Office to request a holding mail today.
The supervisor, named Arek (?) was not kind, even rude, explaining what I needed to do!
Post Offices are usually doing good and kind service, not this office though!
Management should train him properly!
Our mail box was destroyed and we have to wait for the post to replace it with a new secure box so our mail is being held at the post office, we've been out of town two weeks and we only had saturday to check the mail, some lady who works there refused to let us inside and it was before 1pm, we also are not able to return to check our mail for another week, due to going out of town.how are we supposed to get our mail?
Honestly, I was going to ship this place altogether due to the reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. Although it was crowded, everything moved smoothly and the staff were fine. Nothing exceptional, but also not rude.
First time that I went to this branch and everyone was friendly. They assisted me very well. Good customer service.
Mail person left notice of certified mail which they said wasn't signed because NO ONE RANG THE BELL TO HAVE ME SIGN,
3 people always home and cars literally in driveway next to mailbox- but I guess it's an inconvenience for them to actually do their job.
Larry ilyoure extremely rude and not helpful at any point. Avoid this location. Worst in the area. Long lines, rude employees and terrible service.
