The office experiences staff shortage, but they do their best to provide good service. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Only USPS to not deliver or keep your package for couple days for you to pick up. They send it back immediately. Don’t wanna deliver? OK, why don’t you allow private contractors to do it? Waste of time and money.

Yes they are slow, but the workers try their best. For those complaining that they do not offer house delivery, you try delivering in 10 feet of snow! Pro tip: they give free PO Boxes with copy of a lease or property deed.

Probably the worst post office I ever used. First, they DO NOT deliver mail to your street address at all, second, they send all of uncollected mail back to sender the same day they receive it, they force you to pay for a postbox if you want anything to be delivered. Rude and unprofessional.

My usual post offices in LA require 20-45 min wait times. Here, I was helped in 2 minutes and my box got shipped immediately. Thanks so much for your help!

They always seem to lose my packages whenever I get something shipped here. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Probably the worst post office I have ever used.

Absolutely useless. There is one girl who can do her job I forget her name. Young blonde. The rest are useless. Mail always gets lost, or reported as picked up, lines always long, so slow, terrible system that sees a lot of packages going missing, lots or undeliverable items. Just a joke!

Went here to get some stamps to send a postcard. There was virtually no one around and I was the first person in line. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and explained the different types of stamp packs I could buy, since I wanted to get more than just one. Great experience!

The staff here is beyond helpful- 99% of the problems with shipping via usps in town is out of there control. Yuca is the best!

My packages are always in my PO Box about 2 business days AFTER I am alerted that they are ready for pickup. Once I figured it out I stopped coming when my packages say "ready for pickup" and now I just add 2 days to every order. Do not attempt to send fedex here, they will deny delivery even if you have a box. Also do not attempt to send fedex to mammoth business essentials because they lose packages.

I just moved here and messed up some of the package addresses but the staff have all been very helpful and have located multiple packages that could have been returned to sender. And they are very friendly too.

Connie is amazing! We use MBE, and every time a package has been wrongly sent to the PO, she “righted” it instantly!
