United States Postal Service reviews
19 Lynn and Victor were very helpful. Lynn was there the last day I needed assistance. She went the extra mile and could not have been more helpful.
Thank both of you for your excellent customer service.
Victor was amazing today! Professional, nice & smiling the whole time. Good Job, Victor!
Thank you Osama! The cathedral city Postal service is amazing, meeting the Needs of the elderly! North Hampton street is very happy.
They delivered to the wrong address. Post Master made VERY lame excuses, but did not try to correct error.
Our mail hold ended 5 days ago and they are still not delivering our mail or the mail from the hold.
Needs a new loyal, non political post master general.needs E-vehicle
Mail trucks. Cheaper PO BOXES. HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL?
Those place is awesome. The people work hard and deal with bad attitudes from customers all day. The line can be long, but they always answer the phone, and they always get an answer to your questions.
Shout out to my carrier Carla who is always hustling in her truck
Thanks for taking my disgruntled calls and turning them into satisfaction and a smile.

The people here are great! Quick and efficient.
Lobby has a self-service machine to skip the line
We recently moved from out of state and bought a house in Cathedral City, the community mailbox was vandalized before we got our house. In order to pick up our mail we have to proof that we live at the house but we can't because we can't get our mail! We also don't have IDs with our new address because we need proof at the DMV of our address but we can't get our mail! You would think an ID that has our name and matches the name on the mail would suffice. When asked what else we could use as ID she just said, "I don't know"
We eventually came back with the deed to the house/other closing documents, and the female clerk said, "I can't give you the mail because I still have mail from the previous owners! "
I don't want THEIR mail, I just want MY mail. She was reluctant but finally gave us our mail. When asked when the community mailbox would be fixed, she said, "I don't know. Whenever the community pitches in money for the mailbox" She was disrespectful throughout the whole process.
We also had like 10 of these final notices, which we didn't even know about because they had all of our mail! They were basically mailing themselves this notice!
Have not had a good experience with this post office. They constantly lose my packages, and one was even marked DISPOSED on last tracking update. Did you know the post office is THROWING PACKAGES AWAY? Tracking number is worthless they still cant find them, so frustrating. Then the lady working didn't even want to help me for the line behind me and she was the only one at the counter. It's not my fault if they're short staffed and my mail deserves the same attention as anyone else.
This place is not deserving of a star or half of a star. I had to because I needed to write my review. On August 18 send out a Certified package from Aguila, AZ to a friend out in Cathedral City. For which I paid $5 extra to have it delivered. I tracked it on the app with my tracking number. It arrived to this post office August 23 and it was out for delivery that evening. It never made it to my friends home. It went back to the post office and has been sitting there since then. There was no other attempt for delivery. It's been 2 weeks now and no attempt to deliver the package has been made. I finally called this number to inquire and get an explanation as to why the package has no yet been delivered and all I got was attitude on the other end of the line. These people are nuts! Y'all should hit the unemployment lines cause "customer service" ain't your thing if you all treating paying customers with ineptitude. It's sickening that I lived in the Cat City area. I would have been a bit more understanding IF this situation had happened last year during covid. But we are FAR from being on lockdown. NO EXCUSE as to why a package has to wait in your postal office for 2 WEEKS!
I still have faith in our postal system. I didn't catch the guys name, however, he definitely went above and beyond.
New to the area, manage a local store. I had no clue where the mailbox was. Was expecting a important piece of mail. I called the local post office, he told me where the box was, didn't know what number it was. He came got the mail letter out for me and dropped it off. I think that is going above and beyond.
Thank you to you and all the team at this post office.
I went to drop off my package that I was returning. The seller emailed me a return label so I went to drop the package off. I usually go to ups when I have packages and they tape them up for me when i get there. Apparently USPS doing that is too much. The lady said the package had to come in pre-taped. Idk how a business that's solely meant to ship packages doesn't have any packing tape for me to use or them to use so that I can return my package. I wish my return label was for ups
Not that bad. Usually not too many people and most of the staff is friendly. P. O. Boxes are available for a good portion of the day but their package pick up hours are a bit inconvenient. Wish they would stop filling my P. O. Box with mailers.
Awful. We were scheduled for an appointment but when we arrived the lady told us that they had called us to tell us it was cancelled (we did NOT receive a call nor an email!)
Service at the post office is ok. But my priority mail that had a signature confirmation was lost. The carrier signed it and delivered in a different address. Very unprofessional of them to do that.
I was calling about an order that had the wrong address, which was my fault at first entirely but was met with 0 help. Absolutley poor customer service, receptionist was incredibly rude and continued to sigh throughout phone call. She also disconnected the line after picking the phone up immediately.
The mailman who does my area is constantly getting the mail mixed up. Such a drag getting shipments through USPS.
