18They installed a pin lock so i couldn't get my mail from the box. I haven't received and email or notification telling me what the pin is so i made a whole trip for nothing. What a waste of my time and money.
This ASIAN lady named Lilly was so rude and unprofessional. She yells to costumers and don’t even help to solve the issues. I don’t even understand what she was saying. She doesn’t fit to this kind of job and needs to get fired. Very bad customer service.
I appreciate the USPS mailman in Mira Mesa area held on to my mail when I was on vacation for longer than the 10 day hold.
Terrible service, always long lines. The women who serve the customers are rude, yell and don't help solve the problem. I recommend changing all the female staff and taking worthy ones. Me and my friends won't be here anymore.

They don’t want to print shipping label for returning item. Don’t go there, go to other locations.
I have had a great experience at this location so far, no complaints. Everyone is very friendly, they always have multiple clerks to accept packages and move through the line without rushing you.
I was afraid of going here reading some of the reviews here, but my experience was fantastic. They were open and operational at 8 am sharp, ideal if you want to pop in before work. Both ladies behind the registers were super pleasant to all customers and incredibly fast, a line of 6 people was resolved in 5 minutes. My letter was prepared competently too and had a nice chat about the psychology of colors.
Worst ever! Why can't they answer the phone? Not everyone can jump in their car and go there for a simple question.
Just went there to drop off a package because it won't fit in our mailbox at our house. The clerk was really friendly.
Marlin (I think that’s his name), ex military guy, took the time to help us with our change of address. We are military and had our mail forwarded way too many times and he made me clearly understand how to fix the problem. We appreciate him and the extra time he took to help us!
Newspapers in the mail is always ripped! Pegasus ave Mira mesa location. So dissapointing!
Employees are stealing mail. Every piece of mail is sent to me via picture that I get. In the picture its unopened unripped undamaged. When I get to my box the same day. Only the important letters are ripped open. Stimulus checks had to be sent back and had to file documents to prove they weren't cashed. Didn't get them til a year later due to this. My credit cards? Cause its obvious you can feel the card in the letter. ALWAYS GETTING RIPPED OPEN.
HERE YOU HAVE MEMBERS OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE STEALING THE MOST SENSITIVE INFORMATION ABOUT PEOPLE VIA THEIR PROFESSION IN THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS IN A GOVENREMENT FACILITY WHERE ITS A FELONY TO TAMPER WITH MAIL.
Your employees are shady here. Not all. But all who know of this going on and not speaking up are just as much to blame. In an error where personal data in the new gold. This is unacceptable. CHECK THE CAMERAS AND PROVE THEIR INNOCENCE BECAUSE WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS TO THE MAIL ROOM?
Avoid this branch! I sent an electronic device that cost me a lot. The device was secured in a padded case and bubble wrapped. And labeled FRAGILE. I trusted usps for my package. Received by my buyer dented, scratched, and damaged. I know it was intentional. There's no way that it can be damaged like that! Horrible employees! Do yourself a favor. Avoid this branch!
One female employee there first beckoned to me (without any greeting words) in the manner that I was supposed to be at her beck and call. Then she forced me to purchase a duct-tape without explaining to me why the tape I used on the package wouldn’t work. Later she picked on my handwriting saying that she couldn’t figure out where the space is between words; and lastly, she gave wrong information about how long a mail usually takes (it shows clearly how long the mail takes to arrive on their signs hanging overhead). While processing my package, she kept asking her co-worker for clarification and confirmation. I tried to speak to the manager about the employee being not professional at all. The manager didn’t even let me finish my first sentence and told me that I didn’t follow their rules. I told him about how the employee “greeted” me and how I felt being at her beck and call. The manager raised his voice and replied that to him it’s not an insult at all. I told him beckoning to customers without saying proper greeting words was not professional. The manager yelled at me and scolded me to go somewhere else to get service. Both the manager and the employee seemed not properly trained at all.
Best post office!:) the manager found my parcel at 8am out of 300 packages, as it was supposed to be delivered only in the evening and I really needed it in the morning. He helped me so much by finding it before it got loaded into the delivery car. Thank you so much. Very helpful and understanding
This was my first time at the post office. I came in on a Saturday before noon. It was a short line and it went by pretty quick. The guy who took care of me was nice. I was only sending out a letter.
Terrible automated service! I am unable to track a package I am having shipped from Express and was not able to speak with an agent. Service needs to be fixed and more user friendly.
