United States Postal Service reviews
17The staff was unhelpful and rude. Absolutely terrible costumer service. I will never go here again
I went few times because I lost the key from my mailbox.every time I went I noticed that the employees treated people with respect. I saw people already go with attitude or do not arrive with everything that is needed to send their packages and they want them to solve it there. I had a good experience and they helped me throughout the process, I expected it to take 1 to 2 weeks and they did it in 3 days. Thank you
It is the worst in residential service. I'm waiting for a very important envelope that was sent to me by priority mail that doesn't require a signature and supposedly they left it in my mail box but it is not here, I can think that the postman marked that he left it and kept the envelope because it does not appear anywhere and I already reported it but nothing can be done. I can't believe things like this happen and no one is responsible, they don't work, they are the worst. They don't respect what doesn't belong to them, I'm very upset.
There was no one there to help us and there wasn’t a parking lot or anything… Just had a really difficult time to find a parking spot. Maybe they just expect everyone to live really close and walk to this place…
I've been in this office several times and can say that the staff I've dealt with consistently have been extremely polite, patient, and helpful. They are efficient, and the times I've had to wait in line were not for more than 5-10 minutes the most! I usually go in the afternoon around 1-2pm, everything I've mailed gets to it's destination on time and in good condition. The only reason why not 5 is because finding parking can be a challenge, they have a lot but is not for customers, if it was they would get 5 stars!
Not helpful at all, I got there 20 minutes prior closing time… I was rushed and the kicked out because they had to close and leave. Super unprofessional and rude. Never coming back, wouldn’t recommend ever!
For everyone commenting about a “rude” behavior, what do you expect? This is a fast pace environment you’re in. Most of you saying that were probably in a rush to begin with. I love this post office! Never had any issues with it except one time when I couldn’t ship internationally which was to be expected because of Covid. I almost always get attended by the same lady too. I feel like I’M the one bothering her when I come in with my 10 different packages and she’s always remained nice! They’re literally just trying to get you in and out of there. Be more respectful/patient for these hard working employees!
I'm an "Informed Delivery" customer, which means I get an email from them with scanned photos of letters I should expect in my mailbox that day.
It's been 2 days in a row that I'm informed of multiple letters I'm receiving and it's 2 days of nothing in my mailbox. Where my mail, USPS 92105? And while I've got you here, why doesn't the letter carrier EVER pick up our outgoing mail? Or why do y'all NEVER pick up the phone? Trust me.you don't want me to show up over this.
Whiskey tango foxtrot, over?
Rude employees! No customer service experience at all! The girl that “helped” me today seemed to be in a bad mood!
As I am new to the city, I was reluctant to go to this post office because of its ratings, but it was the closest to me. Nevertheless, the person who helped me was very nice & did not give off the vibe that she did not want to be there, which is something I read among the other reviews. She was very quick, too. I’d probably come here again, but never alone since I had to park a little far.
Honestly, they're fantastic. I feel like people who hate this post office is mad that their package is delayed, or they got sad that they didn't get the restaurant waiter treatment beaming smile and all.
To be honest I don’t know what a lot of these negative reviews are talking about. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees there. I feel bad for them too it probably sucks to be doing your job as it should be only to get unfairly criticized without a way to defend yourself.
Just like every other post office across the U. S.the staff has very little to no personality or sense of humor. Everyone gives off the impression that they are just, "over it". Seeming as how i have a 5 star rating i deducted no points for their demeanor. Since the staff at all post offices ive been to have the same demeanor perhaps thats how they are trained to be.for some unfortunate reason.
Anywho, no bad experiences ever at city hieghts branch. They work the lines down fast even when there are only 1 or 2 people. Plus the red vested man always seems to call people out of line for those that just want stamps or package pick up which has saved me LOTS of time which is most appreciated.
I would say overall an excellent job!
Wish I could NEGATIVE stars. The employees here are extremely rude. Come to another USPS with better reviews. You ‘ll receive no help but ill-omended faces.
The carrier from this post office fails to deliver mail when it's due for delivery. I have informed mail and on 8/10/2020 it showed that I have 4 pieces of mail being delivered that day. One was from the school district so it's official mail. I have the photos to prove it.
I've just moved to this area recently and had need to visit this post office a few times.
Yes, the employees in this office are extremely rude, they're god and you are at their merci.
However the mail delivery persons are nice.
If you don't have something to say dont say anything. The workers in this office put up with every kind of thing. Do not call MY
neighborhood post office workers
ghetto. Look at your own self.
